Based in Switzerland, I was worried about how the distance would affect the whole process but after just one face to face meeting , Ms Jacalyn Rosenfeld (Solicitor) and Ms Emilija Mikutyte ( Paralegal) were able to close my brother’s estate per email within 6 months. They were professionally compassionate, courteous and extremely efficient.

I was assigned with Oliver Clark where he has provided exception and prompt service through the whole process. The initial process was done online of which it was efficient and it covers most of the information I need to provide and the rest was done via email and phone call. The process was relatively smooth in my perspective of which there were a lot of chasing in the background with the buyer's and builder's admin staff.
