ITEM NEVER ARRIVED
I ordered a pair of NB 9060, they were posted using parcel force. I am yet to receive the parcel, however the tracking shows them to be delivered and a photo on a doorstep. They have not been. They were not posted to be signed for. No neighbours have it. I contacted the company and they just replied over and over been delivered. The mobile number goes to voicemail. Didnt call back. I paid over £80 for an item that has not been delivered. Streetsers are useless. I have no trainers. I looked on companies house and the postal address is somewhere in London, the Director is Jaden Hutchinson. Seems my money has been taken and I have nothing to show for it. Do not recommend at all! They were a birthday present. I am trying to get my money back through my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scam website, returns are to the USA at your own expense
Scam websiye! Is a UK based company but products are shein or temu quality. When asked for refund I have been asked to return to a US based warehouse even though the company is regsitered in the UK!! This is not mentioned on the website at all! Do no order from this company. Selling very poor quality clothes at inflated prices, with no clear returns policy!

Faulty product arrived, was told I had to cover the return postage myself to America or China before I’d be refunded. Even though there website states faulty products would have free returns. Poor quality I believe to be fake products. Terrible communication.

Worst shopping experience
Worst shopping experience, I paid extra for priority shipping and my order hasn’t arrived yet. They shipped it after 4 days with standard delivery from Royal Mail, tracking details are also wrong. They will ask if you want fast shipping but really it’s going to be the same shipping method they use, they’re trying to gain that extra money. They aren’t clear when contacting the and their support number doesn’t exists, it’s invalid.

Complete disappointment and poor customer service
I paid extra for express delivery (5–7 days), but my order still hasn’t arrived after 14 days.
Streetsers did not provide a correct tracking number or necessary information. When my order was delayed, I requested an address change. They claimed it was updated, but it wasn’t. I spent hours trying to resolve this with the delivery company, and Streetsers repeatedly ignored my emails and sent unhelpful responses.
My request for a refund of the express delivery fee has also been ignored.
This experience has been stressful and shows that Streetsers does not take its customers seriously. Ordering from this company is completely risky and disappointing.
