By far the Best customer experience I've ever had. The guys go above and beyond for you. Absolutely amazing company. Christopher and Cori are amazing people to deal with. First class.highly recommended

To be honest I was a bit nervous about ordering from these guys, as I couldn’t find any reviews online, so did a bit of digging on their website and it seems they are a fairly newish small business run by a father and son and all seemed legit, so still a bit wary (cos there are so many scammers out there) I made contact and a few enquiries about the various packages they did.
I’ve got to say from that point on they were very efficient friendly and helpful, there we’re different options both in machines and packages ( as in without without bench, extra bar, weights etc) and at no point did I feel the hard sell to upgrade to a bigger or more expensive package, if anything when I suggested the larger heavier duty machine instead of pouncing on a more expensive sale I was asked questions of my usage etc and whether I really needed this or if the entry level gym was more suitable for my home use. Genuine customer service rather than pure salesmanship which was much appreciated.
With regards to payment, I wasn’t asked for anything up front (which made me feel better again as I am not the most trusting bloke in the world) and went through seemlesly later ( I used credit card just to be on the safe side though I needn’t have worried )
Delivery was quick and efficient full tracking details sent to me upon dispatch and estimated delivery window from courier etc, However, during transit one of the pieces was damaged, not massively but enough to be frustrating as I had paid for a new and not a used piece of kit and we all want our new toys to look shiny when we have assembled them. Obviously I reported this and this is where I think they really stepped up as a company, as where some companies after care is almost none existent they were easy to contact again, and even though the issue hadn’t been caused by them (Transit company’s fault) they didn’t try to pass blame, they just dealt with the issue there and then quickly and efficiently with no fuss ( again brilliant customer service in my opinion)
Assembly, this is a massive Lego (meccano for those who are old enough to remember it) set and depending upon upon your outlook will be a nightmare or great fun, I enjoyed it because I’m a big kid who likes a challenge, like all assembly projects unbox and lay it out carefully get yourself set up and follow the instructions in detail, ( I say instructions, these make IKEA instructions look easy to follow ) but once I’d read and re read them it started to make sense, the cable assembly did take a few reads mind you. Throughout the build process the team was on the other end of communication and the few questions I had were answered quickly, allowing me to progress without delay, they even sent me some assembly videos that talked me through some of the trickier bits. But all in all it wasn’t the most difficult assembly process , you just have to be methodical and not afraid to ask for help if you get stuck , cos they were right there with the answers.
PRODUCT. of the smith machine frames available, I went for the entry level machine which weighed in at about two thirds the cost of the more heavy duty machine, what is it like ? It does exactly what it says on the tin, all the functionality of of smiths , dual cable landmine etc that you would expect from an all in one machine, if you are looking for a machine that allows you to do the full range of training you need safely without the need for a spotter and your lifting range is from low through medium to fairly high ( I realise that everyone’s interpretation of that is different) then this machine cover all your needs for a long time and for most people will last them throughout their lifting life, however if your lifting capacity starts in the medium range and goes through max capacity or you are someone whose eventual goal is to push yourself through to heavy / V heavy lifting I would probably suggest you go for the more expensive machine, rather than buy now then upgrade later, maybe bite the bullet and go big straight away, ( if I’d spent more time thinking about it I would maybe have gone for the higher spec model rather than upgrading at a later date ) however for the moment this machine suits all my needs and I may never actually go beyond medium / high lifting so the higher spec machine could well be a shiny toy that looks nicer but is more than I’ll actually ever need , time will tell. Either way whichever package you choose you are getting a piece of kit for a fraction of the price of comparable machines available on other websites, I know, I did the research before I decided to contact these guys, you know your lifting requirements and capacity and can make your own decisions, if not sure, ask for advice
All in all good product, but the five stars is for giving far and away the best customer service of any company that I have dealt with in years
