Emailed them after I received my order which was missing items. No response to this day and that was over 6 months ago. Won’t be using again or recommending to anyone

Excellent product!!
Excellent product!!. Would highly recommend it to anyone with tight muscle stiffness. In my case, I had migranes for 2 weeks due to neck tension. A couple of rounds with this device, and havnt had a headache since!. Thankyou. Best $250 ever spent!

Thanks for letting us know, this is the first we’ve heard that you haven’t yet received your gun. It was mailed out the same day you placed the order. We understand this would be very frustrating and will chase it up first thing Monday morning when the courier opens.
Please note express is delivered within 3 business days so we expect to still meet this timeframe.

LOVE! Highly recommend!
This is the second one i have purchased, the first being a gift...i just had to get one for myself! Fairly cheap compared to some on the market, fairly quiet, it charges quite quickly and love all the attachments that come with it.
