We are genuinely disappointed to receive this review, particularly as your original feedback following completion of the project was extremely positive, including a previous 5-star review praising both the kitchen design and installation quality. Although that review has since been removed, we retain records of it.
We do not deny there has been an ongoing issue involving one of the appliances supplied. However, this issue relates to the appliance itself and the appliance manufacturer, rather than the kitchen furniture, design, or installation carried out by Studio 30 Interiors.
The appliances were registered directly by yourself with the manufacturer in order to activate the manufacturer warranty and cashback promotion available at the time. As such, the appliance warranty and ongoing manufacturer process sit directly between yourself and the appliance manufacturer.
Despite this, we have continued to support you throughout by providing aftercare assistance, technical guidance, and direct communication with the manufacturer on your behalf over a number of months in an effort to help bring the matter to a resolution.
Following the manufacturer engineer’s visit, we requested the written engineer’s report so we could formally review and respond to the technical points raised directly with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this report has still not been provided to us, limiting our ability to progress matters further on your behalf.
We fully appreciate your frustration regarding the delays surrounding the appliance issue. However, we do not believe this review fairly reflects the quality of the kitchen supplied, the installation itself, or the level of support and aftercare we have continued to provide throughout.
