Bought burgundy co ord corset jog set washed it and all the bits off fleece balls came off it inside the trousers top not great material cheap had to clean my washer as it was blocked with red fleece bits wont buy again 😟😯cant remember wen bought it as i only worn it other day first time 65 pounds as well is alot off money gutted.

I placed on order on this website a month ago for jeans that were £50, I then wore them once, washed them following all the guidelines and they shrunk in the wash, now they are not wearable. I contacted the customer service team and was responded to by Melissa, she advised me because they have been washed they can’t refund me, I have since asked 4 times for my complaint to be escalated to a manager and each time Melissa sends me the same robot answer not actually resolving my complaint. I have since asked her to again escalate my complaint but instead she has sent me the washing instructions and closed my enquiry. Now I’m not sure if she lacks any customer service skills or is not capable of reading, I would like a manager to escalate my complaint and refund me for these terrible quality jeans.

Absolutely avoid ordering from here. I had to return a coat due to a sizing issue. They have received it and after continual messages to them, they are saying its been refunded, its nowhere to be seen. PayPal have asked me to get the transaction ID and date the refund was sent so they can trace it so I have asked them 3 times for this and they still havent given me this information. I would suggest you look at their reviews on trust pilot first because if I had I definitely wouldn't have ordered. I cant see the £90 refund appearing anytime based on those reviews. Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting customer service
After spend £58 on 2 items, one was damaged once recieved. I emailed customer service and they advised me to send a photo and how to return. I sent by recoded tracked delivery which I paid for £7.80… to 5wks later
I was emailing every day for over a week, they asked me 5 tines to send proof of postage, & damage which i did. Eventually I get a part refund for 1 item but the one I sent back that I reported they didn’t refund. Basically telling me I didn’t return it properly and I had damaged it so I wouldn’t be getting a refund

Avoid at all costs…. After buying 2 coats which were returned due to sizing issues, and another replacement which fell apart before being worn they have not refunded for the 2 returned items and refuse to take back the damaged item and refund or replace it. Consumer right act doesn’t apply to them apparently. Bank is now involved on recovering my costs, and reported to trading standards.

Wish I could give minus. Update from my previous review. Styledup are still refusing to refund me in full. I have followed Citizens Advice by sending a letter by signed for asking for my money, citing my consumer rights & asking if they are affiliated to the ADR scheme. No refund or response to my letter. Citizens Advice have contacted Trading Standards - please also report this company as it’s the only way to protect others from this fraudulent company.

Wish I could give 0 stars, I wish I had read others reviews before buying ! I ordered a £74 coat 30 days ago …. No where to be seen.. I’ve been going back with ‘ customer service ‘ Lauren’ seems to be one person who has 0 customer service what so ever ! The coat is stuck in transit because they used a duplicate label meaning Royal Mail want me to now pay a fee which is ludicrous !!! I will be taking further action , luckily I study law and know my rights so I will be taking action with several others with the same experience as this is not good trading standards at all .. this company needs to be dissolved

I ordered a jacket for my mum, they left it at my front door and i didn’t even know this until i saw the proof of delivery image. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to let me know they put it behind the bins, it ended up getting stolen. I emailed the company, they replied several times with an automated email, absolutely useless and silly company and the customer service can go do one. Don’t order from this company, they just steal your money. I am not happy at all with these idiots and their silly company. And they also blamed me for all this. What a joke! Don’t bother, i wish i could give this a 0 star honestly, never again

It says refund is easy thats a lie iv been waiting over 6 weeks for a refund

If I could give zero I would… some how despite have photographic and signed proof I sent their crappy coat back 3 weeks later I am still left with nothing. I have contacted my bank and the police as this is blatant theft… for anyone curious to the man receiving our payment his name is (MUHAMED BABAR) should be ashamed of them selves for blatant theft!!

Had a tracksuit for Xmas and stitching on leg had been missed by knee clear manufacturing problem, raised with customer service absolutely useless will not offer any resolution and basically told me tough luck. £45 for a tracksuit that you can’t wear with poor customer service been ongoing for 3 weeks. Now give up but will never order again wish I had seen the reviews before placing an order beware of your purchases.

0 stars ..dont buy from Here !! did my research company doesn't seem to exist anymore on any online forms ..you can't return stuff because the return address seems to be void ... the stuff takes weeks to arrive .. avoid avoid avoid ..something off with the whole business . The reviews are shocking .. there is a red flag with the return policy and the address ..

If I could I would put 0 stars I have not got my parcel it was left in front of my door unsafe yet they have ignored me and said it is in royal mails rights to leave in a safe place! If this was a safe place where the heck is my parcel. ADVISE NOT TO SHOP HERE!! Unless u want to be ignored if any issue iv shopped here before and not had a issue till now that being said but still why take the risk when they have no customer service available if you do have any issues!!

Ordered a jacket for my daughter’s Christmas on 16th December and it’s Christmas Eve and it’s still not here! I’m really disappointed in the service and won’t be ordering anything from here again which is a shame as I was going to buy myself some stuff in the new year!

Ordered a tracksuit on Wednesday with next day delivery as wanted it for an event on the Friday paid £5,99 for the privilege, it didn't turn up until the Saturday so i no longer needed it . Requested my next day deliver monies to be reimbursed along with the refund for the items and after over 2 weeks of fighting for this they refunded the difference between standard delivery and next day . WHAT THE HELL . I will never order from this brand again. thats the worst customer service ive ever encountered . avoid this brand.

I havnt received my order and all they keep saying is basically oh well- they sent it and supplied me an update that they did, that it’s my fault I don’t have it!!! And keep repeating the same thing!!! Disgusting customer service rude and unhelpful!! I wish I read the reviews!!!
