Another issue with purchasing on a Facebook advertisement. I bought two anklets for myself and my daughter. The anklets do not stay shut. I’ve sent various emails and I’ve had no response. Obviously another loss of money. 

Bag is cheap and nasty but Style shoe will not give refund unless item is returned. Cost of return is more than cost if item. Total scam

Slow delivery from China. This is not made clear in the purchase.
The shoe is not as described. It is not wide but narrow At the front and not a size ordered.
The company expect you to pay for returns even if not as described.

This company Styleshoe hails from China is Fraudulent lying disgraceful.
I purchased a Jacket claiming to be leather (BUCKSKIN??)..No !!! the material is 95% polyester ?? .
The 2nd jacket claims to be SUEDE..NO!!! The material is 100% polyester ??.

I sent some 10 email messages to this company no response admitting liability they eventually said I must send them back at MY EXPENSE? .. I was informed by many people they don't honour any money back.

Avoid this company and don't get sucked into there ghastly promotions..they should be taken to court and Stopped from trading taking people's hard earned money..

Rubbish company, do not use as returns need to be sent back to China, been waiting 2 months for my refund. never reply to emails.....shoes sizes are not correct to UK fit...waste of money

The item I ordered took ages to be delivered & when it arrived was of very poor quality, nothing like advertised. Returns would cost nearly as much as the item. I will not be ordering from here again and suggest no one else does either

Another con company to avoid at all costs! This one is exactly like Olyndra London.
Appalling garments, that are made in China.
Bought what looked like really nice cargo trousers. The photographs are always a deception. After almost 4 weeks, a hideous and disgraceful excuse for trousers arrived. Only fit for the bin!!

I ordered a cardigan from Styleshoe Size 8-10 It took forever to arrive and when it did it was massive ,probably fit size 20 to return it to China was expensive and they offered me something off next purchase as if I would be foolish enough to give them any more of my money .Stay clear of this company

I purchased a men’s jacket from this site and what a load of rubbish….they had taken a photo from an expensive clothing site and used it then tried to copy it in the cheapest most horrible fabric ever ….i would never buy anything from this site it is a money making scam site

Bought two fleeces which were a tight fit for the for the marked size L and I was not impressed by the hoods. When I contacted them to return them I was told to send them to an address in China instead of the London address in their site. I guess this was to deter returns, and it worked! Of £56 spent would only get £12 back, so donated to charity. Best to avoid this company.

I made an error and ordered multiple items of the same product, despite contacting them straight away, they would not alter the order and made me wait till the items arrived. I sent them straight back for a refund and although I have proof of delivery, all my emails are ignored!!

I purchased a pair of trousers for £23 which took a month to arrive. They were NOTHING like the pair advertised. The material was a stiff overall type, they were 2 sizes too small and 6 inches too short. They had a thick elasticated waist which was NOT shown. It took 3 days to finally get a response to my request for a returns label which they do not supply. I went to post them but the cost was £20+. Very clever of them knowing that it would be impossible to return anything.

Ordered a pair of of calf length boots supposedly a wide fitting in a uk 6 . When they arrived they were narrow and about a uk4 in size.

They also took ages to come!

When I emailed the complaint - was told I would need to return them at my own cost to China.
Buyers beware

Ordered a pair of boots for my wife on 25th December, It is now 15th February and nothing received.All I get is that the order is in transit. Asked them to cancel a week ago but told it can not be cancelled whilst in transit but can return when they eventually arrive!!!!

This item has never been near any form of knitting, its printed AND out of focus and fuzzy. The ribbing shown on the welt and cuffs does not exist, the elbow patches are printed also. Enquired on how to return and as it would cost £19.30 have decided not to bother. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANIES MISLEADING DESCRIPTIONS AND PHOTOS. INTERESTING THEIR OWN WEBSITE STATES NOTHING BUT 5STAR REVIEWS.

Would put 0 star if I could ordered a top for my husband was cheap and nasty looking not like it described. I did look at reviews after and they were all good however all the same names, Nathan, Ben, James etc just with a different initial after the name clearly false. Even though it’s their fault still want you to return at your cost . Avoid this site , it’s a scam

My mother bought a jumper, that on the website was shown as sparkling/twinkling as if it was made with glittery yarn. It even had a video of it glimmering as the model moved.
The jumper that arrived was horrible material and nothing even remotely sparkly, just white paint all over it like a can of spray paint had exploded near it.
Emailed for a returns label but they said we had to pay for it to be returned to China ourselves, despite it clearly being misadvertised. I even quoted the Consumer rights act but they stuck to their policy and we got nowhere.
In the end, I filed a complaint with PayPal directly, and mum had her money back almost instantly. (I'm guessing PayPal have heard enough about this company that they just insta-approved it!)

This company is fake and a scam they took my money but the order was cancelled which they e.mailed to say the order was cancelled and i would recieve my refund in 10 days. Now i get an e.mail telling me to return the item i pay postage they are just a scam company and their items are not what people ordered AVOID AT ALL COST

This company is extremely bad. Don’t go near them. I ordered a pair of trousers last November, 2025, and still have not received them. However my money has been taken! They continue sending me adverts but no way will I buy from them again.
