I ordered a pair of slides I saw advertised on IG. The next day I received this email from them...

Anthony here. Edward and I just got the order ping, and I wanted to say thank you in person before the box ships.

You took a swing on a four-year-old veteran-owned brand from San Antonio. Most people stay with what they already know. You did not, and that means something on this side of the warehouse.

The pack is being pulled now. We pack and ship by hand most days, so the bag the order arrives in is one we touched. The slide will cloud-mold to your foot in the first ten minutes of wear. The sock pack will hold the heel where the last brand blew out. Yes, we are confident about it.

If anything is off when it lands, hit reply. We answer ourselves and we make it right fast. The inbox is real.

Scammers. I guess that's what I get for falling for an IG post

UPDATE: I did eventually get my slides.

customer service is atrocious let alone it doesn't even exist God forbid I had a return I would just be screwed and scammed out of keeping this they claim they have a 15-day guarantee I haven't even heard from anybody since I purchased these I completely regret it stay away if you want to get your money back either the shoes took 10 days to get to me and I live 3 hours from the factory everything is just unacceptable all around

Tried to place an order but there was an error when I tried to checkout. My credit card was still charged but the order was never processed. I’ve been emailing their support contact for 3 days with no response.

Ordered one hoodie, came in within 2 weeks. Really nice quality, heavyweight hoodie. Fabric is soft and warm. Got the right color and everything with absolutely 0 issues. Thank you! Will purchase again! :)
