I cancelled my subscription with in the 7 day trial and now they are trying to take the full subscription amount.
Now they say they have no record of me having the subscription

Do not use this company! I signed up for the 7 day trial. When I tried to cancel the same day, i got their AI response and emailed customer service with the info they needed. 3 days later I still had no response. I sent another email. I have now spent the last 2 days trying to cancel, I've sent over 20 emails with not one response, and when i complained to AI that I was getting no response I then got billed 10 minutes later, 2 days b4 my free trial expired! Coincidence? I think not! I have to try to get not only my subscription canceled now however also my 379.99 swedish kronor refunded back into my account!! Their AI is great but their customer service sucks, they also billed me before my trial ended so they're scammers as well and dishonest and they robbed me of my money! They also went against their own terms of service. It says 7 day free trial not 5 days if you complain! AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Good for cleaning up old app subscriptions. I found one connected to something I had not opened since last year.

I had more subscriptions running than I realized. Subcaddy made it much easier to see what was still charging me each month.

This has made managing my digital subscriptions much less irritating. I can check what I am spending without searching through old emails or trying to remember every app I have signed up for. It is particularly useful when I am planning my monthly budget.

I signed up for this company because I really need what they offer with being able to cancel subscriptions. They don't have Barclays bank though, so I couldn't use it. Complete waste of time and money. When I told the Support Team why I was leaving they didn't say they have Barclays, so no help whatsoever. I do NOT recommend.

The dashboard helped me work out how much I was actually spending on digital services. I knew I had several subscriptions, but seeing them together made the total much clearer.

Easy to pay for the app but extremely difficult to get logged in to use your account so pretty much a useless app but they are soon quick to subscribe you which I didn’t want or even know that they had subscribed me and the money was sharp coming out of my bank account !!!!! Don’t use these people at any cost unless you want to be charged for nothing

do not sign up for this as it does not work and they refuse to give a refund for automatic renewal, avoid this business at all costs

What made me leave is that it kept telling me to sync my gmail, which is fine, but when I would go to do that it would tell me I needed to change my gmail settings in settings. Everthing was set up correctly with the correct permissions etc, so this was extremely frustrating. I was going around in circles so no point in continuing.

It is to help you cancel unwanted subscriptions, but you are imposable to chancel subscriptions to Subcaddy other than close your credit card. It’s a Scam.

This is a scam!!! Dont buy! I send two e-mail to cancel my subscription but they never answered to me and they charge 33.90 euros on my credit card! Scam!

I am experiencing "something went wrong" error all the time. I sent an email to their support and it looks something went wrong... Again.

This is a scam. It never connects to your accounts. It's a facade posing as an app. DO NOT USE
