The cooler looks good and works well…
The cooler looks good and works well except the little buzzing noise (not the working sound) from time to time. Also should have some rubber pads or wheels on the base.
The door are not reversible.

Was there a product?
I ordered, I even gave additional instructions for delivery. I was not contacted by any courier or customer service and the order was cancelled by the seller. How about an explanation?

Hi Steve,
As made clear in the email communications with you, the carrier was unfortunately unable to locate the delivery address provided. Due to this, the shipment could not be completed and the order was returned to us by the carrier.
As the carrier could not successfully locate or access the delivery address, the order was automatically cancelled and fully refunded
We apologise for any frustration caused by this situation!

Beer Cooler
Purchased as a gift for our son who's moving to his own home. It was ordered on Sunday, and delivered on Tuesday.
It arrived very well packed.
Once unpacked, it was briefly plugged in to test. It looks very smart - very pleased with the purchase.

An excellent, well -priced mini freezer that is perfect for our needs. The freezer arrived promptly, well packaged, but unfortunately had a small dent in one of the top corners.....that couldn't have been caused by transit issues.

Good service, lovely product.
Looked at reviews for a drinks fridge, and Subcold came out on top. Good choice of sizes, and good price. The discount offer didn't work, do I sent a message. Had a very quick response with a code, I was very impressed with the speed of the response. Goods arrived quickly, and all working well, and it looks great.

Ace 100 beer fridge not cooling after less than 14 months
I bought an Ace100 beer fridge from Subcold March 25 and it has now stopped working just out of the warranty. Light and fan working but it doesn't cool down anymore. Only contacted them last night so still waiting for a response, I do expect a fridge to last longer than 14 months though.
I have a Husky mini fridge that still works after 15 years.
Hopefully they will have a resolution for me when they contact me next week.
Edit, thanks for the reply, I too expect it to last longer, as before your customer service is good, hopefully this will sort the problem out and get my beer cold again.

We’re very sorry to hear your Ace 100 beer fridge has stopped cooling after such a short time, and we completely understand your disappointment. We would certainly expect a fridge to last much longer than 14 months as well.
From the symptoms you’ve described — with the light and fan still working but no cooling — it does sound like it could possibly be related to the overload protector or compressor system. We’ll do our best to help resolve this for you.

Ordered, confirmation of order and then quick response for the delivery drivers, and only took 6 days from start to finish. The product itself is perfect for what I was looking for, as I wanted to have a mix of wine bottles, lager bottle and Guinness cans, and also some mixers. I took out one of the shelfs to make the space suitable for cans and bottles, and still feels like lots of space, very deep and bonus you can change the door to whatever side you wish.
