Apparently I am being scammed and need to cancel

Signing up you will be charged mega bucks compared to the original cost of the subcription one was unsubscribing from.
UPDATE: I wrote via email to Subdelete about my dis-satisfaction concerning their not being upfont about the hidden fees. 7 hours ago they wrote back sympathizing with my disapointment. I just checked my credit card transactions, Subdelete did as they promised by refunding their $23.99 (as a one-time courtesy.) For that, they have earned my respect. Though I am not in a position to use their service in the future, I can understand why someone might have a use for their services, as long as they don't mind paying for that convenience. As they promised, Subdelete very quickly canceled the subsciption I originaly requested. For now, only a 3 star rating (I still think they should have their fees shown on their home page, not hidden deep where one has to search for that info.) I will watch, if they ever do that I will update my star rating then.

Your company is taking a payment every month for a service that I did not authorize. This is nothing but a scam and you should be reported to the Delaware District Attorney's office. Better Business bureau has you rated as an F because of your felonious business acts

I canceled my own subscription from the website of the company I wanted to cancel. Sub delete has charged me for thinking they were the actual company. I thought entering my payment information was how I would get my refund not an additional charge. Now I can’t access Sub delete to get back. No one answers the phone. I have sent email. Not responding.

Got scammed, they keep taking money from my bankaccount. Don’t fall for this!!!

I thought I needed the program to erase the information that maybe hackers were looking in my computer but I damaged it and they keep getting $27.99 from my bank account. I sent a message to delete an account that don't have not even an account number. That happened a few months ago

El día 7 de agosto anulé la subscripción ( o al menos eso prometía la plataforma) de "Edreams Prime". Edreams me sigue cobrando la cuota y estoy pagando desde el mes de agosto 8,86€ mensuales, sin mi autorización consciente a Subdelete. Como que tienen mi número de tarjeta por los costes iniciales del servicio no hay manera de anular los cargos.

They got into my bank account somehow and took out $28.54 I've had to go and change my bank account to avoid recurring fees. I've tried contacting them ,Nobody got back to me. I've tried calling nobody answers. Nobody answers the emails!! SCAM!!

I kind of fell into this by mistake. I wanted to cancel my Hulu account and on the search this place came up first. I assumed that the charge was what I owed in order for my Hulu subscription to be canceled. But, no, it was 23.99 for them to write a cancellation letter. WTH, you can cancel on the actual Hulu site for free. The day I canceled was a Saturday, I asked them to cancel the cancellation on Sunday. On Monday they responded and said it was too late to cancel the cancellation????? They don’t do crap on weekends so basically they flat out refused a refund. It’s extremely sad that they need 23.99 so bad that they have to make excuses.
Unless you need help canceling 50 subscriptions, they are rip offs.

I am going to be happy when I see my refund on this cancellation.

One star because I cannot leave no stars! Twice my bank has had to get involved because Subdelete stole money from my account. I use the word stole as that is how you describe it when things belonging to you get taken without your permission. My emails asking for refunds were ignored. In order to stop it happening again my bank has had to cancel my debit card and replace it with one with a new number and cvv. Avoid these people at all costs. Lord Nigel Painter

All in all it was easy to ask for a cancelation. But still, just a little confusing.

This company is highly inefficient or worse. They charged more than double the figure quoted to me on their application form. The have refused to send me a copy of the correspondence which they sent to The Guardian to cancel my subscription or to refund the excess charge withdrawn from my bank account. . I have now contacted the newspaprer direct to cancel the subscription myself as I had no confidence in this company's ability to achieve this.
