The process of submitting tracks is smooth and easy, and the information provided on submission is good. Whilst I like that there are 2 free submissions a day, I have reason to believe curators don’t treat them equally to paid submissions, which potentially compromises the integrity of the curators.

On two other free submission sites, I have about a 1 in 4 success rate placing tracks each week. After weeks of ‘free’ submissions to submitlink, I’ve had ZERO successful placements.

So, as an experiment I paid for 5 ‘premier’ submissions, and immediately got a placement.

To fully believe in the integrity of the site, I’d like to see successful playlist placements through the free submission system, otherwise it just looks like an advertising gimmick to get you to pay for submissions (like Groover), which seems dishonest.

Basically I wouldn’t very much recommend this service for anyone really. You’d have a better chance legitimately just pitching to Spotify 4 weeks ahead of time. Out of 50 submissions I’ve only gotten 6. That’s not very good at all. I’d definitely love a refund because this service is unusually expensive but a loss is a loss.

Save yourselves the time, hire a manager or again pitch to Spotify and use meta ads. You’ll get better results, much better results than what this service has to offer.

I think their service is good and honest. The only reason I never gave it a five out of five. I am still looking to see my end results. So far so good. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for this type of Playlist service. No bots so far real listiners

Very responsive and impactful playlist/er

SubmitLink has made it much easier to connect with curators and manage music submissions in one place. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and continues to improve. I've found the process to be transparent and efficient, and the support team has always been helpful when questions came up. It's become an important part of my music promotion workflow, and I'd happily recommend it to other artists and producers.

I was not looking for feedback, I was looking for placements, and only got 1 placement out of 10 submissions.
It's as if the curators are looking for any possible way to avoid including your song - ie they'll provide positive feedback followed by the dreaded word 'however'.......the service did not offer good value for money, and because one curator didn't respond, this generated a $5 refund which of course gets credited to your account rather than refunded to your original source of payment. As I will not be using the service again, obviously Submitlink get to keep the $5..... Would not recommend this service, there are better ways of getting playlist placements...

Good tools for independent artists with mixed thoughts on submissions. Choose your submissions carefully. Many have very low approval rates.

If I could give the zero stars I would. What a waste of money. There’s no option to receive zero feedback and you have to receive a bunch of BS opinions from curators you’ve never heard of. No thanks. There are better options that are better for your pocketbook and your life. Playlist curators build their work off of the back of artists work. Artists share their art and get a critique in return. They signal taste, authority and discernment that isn’t asked for and isn’t earned from expertise. This is a distribution game, not an astute assessment of quality. Don’t do it.

I tried SubmitLink for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with a 50% share rate for the playlists I targeted. I’ll definitely use them in the future.

Paid 80 quid and had about 50 listens in last 2 weeks. My song was played on bbc introducing radio so feel like it’s a decent track. I don’t know who these playlists are made by but I’m not seeing any worthwhile results.

Pretty good going tho only half way thru to date. Got me on 3 new good playlists but several others not interested, but a few more in the wings to go. Overall tho, it works and would certainly use again as the need arises.
