We’re an independent skater owned skate shop who sell skateboard hardware, clothing, shoes and other skateboard related stuff. We’ve got loads of brands that we stock and always try to be as helpful as we can when it comes to dealing with customers. Sent wrong item. I'm guessing deliberately as they didn't have any stock of the one we ordered. Trying their luck it would seem. Agreed a refund on return. I returned item and let them know. No response. I sent them proof of postage. No response. Thank goodness for PayPal!

We are sorry your experience with us wasn't positive. We're a tiny independent business run completely by two members of staff, so apologies if it took a little longer then expected to process your return.
Our returns process, which is available on our website, states full refunds on receipt of the original items, we also refunded the shipping and paid for your returns label at our expense as it was our stock listing that caused the error.
The item was received Friday, 3 days after it was posted back to us, but as a paypal dispute had been opened before the item had been returned we had to spend 3 hours on the phone to them to get the transaction unfrozen so that you wouldn't have to wait 5-7 working days to receive your refund - but we GUESS that's just how LUCKY we feel to go the extra mile for our customers.
Thank goodness for patience :)
