I had the same experience. I bought an O’pen from this company and they sent me me a cheap pen. I have been emailing their “support “, which they offered me $3. I just did a dispute with my CC so we’ll see how that works. The company claims to be from China, but the tracking info they send, which immediately made be feel like I had been scammed, shows the pen coming from Spain, but when I got the package it says “Nancy” and was shipped from California

Like others have mentioned, this is a scam company.

They advertise name brand products and send you cheap knockoffs you can get for half the price on Amazon.

I ordered an O'Pen 3 from their website, a high end multi tool pen from the brand O'Light and thought I was getting a good deal on it at around $40 USD. O'Pen 3's go for about $70 in the US retail market.

They sent me a cheap $18 knockoff multitool pen I could have got for half the price on Amazon. Huge scam, avoid them like the plague.

If you do dispute a claim they want you to send photos of the packaging and the SKU code, so don't discard the packaging like I did.

I'm going to dispute the charge on my Credit Card but we'll see how that goes.

After two months of back and forth with this scam company, to only receive some used looking drill bits instead of the wine lover’s kit that I ordered as a gift, I finally filed a claim with my bank. I was really stupid for trusting a Facebook purchase before coming here to check on the company first. Never again.

Subsistenceed.com is a scam company. BUYER BEWARE. I ordered items from them in early December/2025 but never received. I emailed them only to be emailed back and told they had been shipped. NO OTHER explanation.

Ordered, Paid for EXPEDITED Shipping. I EMAILED the SAME DAY after I saw who it was from knowing it would never arrive in time. It said it would arrive before Christmas. It must have meant Christmas Next Year 2026. So, the web site says you can cancel if the order has not shipped. I Emailed, Mind you the SAME DAY. Got an Email back. Can't cancel because it has already shipped. Went to their Web Site - Screen Shot the Order was still PENDING, Not even Being Processed. I Emailed Back, Said Really? This is what your web site says. I WANT A REFUND. Get an Email the Next day, Says they will make sure their shipper gets the package to me before Christmas. (It Never LEFT IRELAND BEFORE CHRISTMAS.) I check the Website and it shows Processing, now so you know they won't give me a refund. Now it is Jan. 2. Still No Package. Tracking shows it just arrived in the US today. I Noticed there are a few 5-Star Reviews here, all about some Crossbody Bag, mostly from Men.That in itself is suspicious. All very similar in tone and wording. They all say Verified, but not one of the negative reviews says verified. Either they wrote those 5 star Reviews or they Paid someone else too. Nothing but a SCAM. Buyer Beware. The sad part is I will NEVER order anything I see on Facebook ever again. So even if something was legit. I wouldn't touch it.

Horrible horrible company. Ordered the lighted Christmas bells and out of 30 ordered 3 were missing the tops with the attached fairy lights. Would not send me replacement tops. They wanted the outer wrapper the product came in which was discarded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Do not order from this company. They are misleading and have untrustworthy and fraudulent business practices. I ordered a product on 9/24 with expedited shipping. I had not received it by 10/31 so I reached out requesting a refund. They said they would send a new item. I told them I did not want the item and to provide a refund (on their website they claim to allow cancellations if the product hasn’t shipped). I finally received the package on 11/10. The shipping label said it was mailed on 11/6. I then requested a return label so I could return it for a refund as I no longer wanted or needed the product. They refused to provide a return label even though they state on the website that returns are accepted. They offered me $11 (I paid nearly $50), I told them that was unacceptable and they still refused to provide the label. The issue is still unresolved.

Got merchandise delivered almost two months after I purchased two items. got wrong item. Horrible product, cheap, not what shows in website. DO NOT GET ANYTHING from this place.

I ordered Halloween decorations.you don’t know until the order is complete and you get tracking notifications that’s it’s this company. Horrible customer service. Like another persons review stated same for me $3 compensation

This company is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Horrible customer service and offered a $3 refund on a $40 order that they didn’t fulfill. I ordered a set of 3 Christmas trees, they sent 1 piece, plus a garlic press that I didn’t order. They claim my order was complete even though I provided photos and proof on their packaging.

If I could give a -5 that is how I would score them. They said super fast delivery. It took over a month to get the horrible product. I ordered Christmas trees and they are the cheapest plastic and didnt even come with the small hearing aid size batteries. Charged me more than the listed price. I would never make another purchase and advise anyone else to scroll past this site. SCAM

Lying, cheating company. Promised to reissue sales tax refund that was not on original bill, but didn't.
Cheap looking fake flowers. Very dishonest. You have to give 1 star to write a review, but they don't deserve even 1 star.

Scam! I have never received my order. Customer service lies about my order, I can’t get my refund.

SCAM ALERT! Stay Away from this company. Subsistenceed has Chinese courier Mark your package as delivered and it is not delivered. I never received my package and they never helped to solve the problem. I have now done my research and have found many others like my situation. Consider yourself warned I wish I knew this before.

I would NOT recommend this company for one second. They are scammers, they sent me an entirely wrong order, after waiting over a month. When I contact their customer support, they offered me $5.00 in compensation on a $50.00 dollar order, claiming it would be too expensive for me to send the items back. I would never have ordered the garbage they sent to me, not by a long shot. I will be fighting this with my bank as being fraudulent, but in the meantime, I want others to BEWARE of this company! They are not to be trusted! And if I could give "no" stars I would. Your company is despicable.

This is a bait and switch they show you one product and deliver a complexly differfent one!! Do not buy anything from thia company!!!

Bad quality. The product doesn’t fulfill their claims at all, their saving on materials and quality makes final products lack the desired look that they advertise.

Unit purchased was defective, and company claims they cannot possibly tell when it might have broken. Do not purchase from here.

Don’t trust this company. My invoice had one dollar amount, but they billed my credit card another amount. After a month of waiting email shipping update, the email said delivered but I never received it. I went back and forth with customer service with no help or solution. I disputed the charges with my bank and at least got my money back. Don’t trust this company. -(
