Most of order paid for not delivered…
Most of order paid for not delivered and video of drop off confirms. After 5 days and 4 chasers to all email addresses listed on website I still have no response from Suburban Bottlestore. A telephone number would be useful.

Thank you for your valued feedback and firstly we want to apologise for the disruption to your order. We seemed to be having some technical issues with your emails as we hadn't received any of them in our inboxes or junk. We are currently investigating this and apologise for the slower than usual response.
We have followed up on email after you submitted the form on our contact us page online. Since we have re-raised a new order to replace the missing items from your original delivery to be delivered the next day. We have also launched an investigation as to why some of your items were missing in the first place and we will update you on this accordingly.
Since the moment we were of aware of your issue we have done our utmost to resolve the problem. Hopefully you feel we have resolved the delivery issue effectively and immediately and that we have been transparent with you throughout.

Wanted to buy a bottle of Somerset cider brandy as a gift for a friend. Took a punt on the bottle store as I found them on-line and hadn’t used them before. Very reasonably priced and prompt delivery. Will use them again.
