Thank you for your review. We apologise for the bad experience that you have had with delivery. Our partners DPD are normally very reliable for us, however strike action from other distributors and the recent weather conditions have certainly had an impact to deliveries and their timelines.

Good Price! fast Delivery! Only thing I didn’t like was paying for postage! But DPD are 10/10 for delivery & The Order Came in the Best & Most Secure Packaging! so I can’t Complain!

They sell Dubonnet,which my wife loves…
They sell Dubonnet,which my wife loves and is quite hard to find at the best price I could find. Delivery is reasonable. They only let themselves down by not telling me when they were going to deliver.

You should have received tracking information with the date of delivery and a 1-hour time slot from DPD via email and text. We apologise that this was not the case for you and will look into why this has happened.
