Stay away from this subscription…
Stay away from this subscription service. Their management is just terrible. I signed up back in 2019 and at first it was great! Succulents would arrive on time and all of the succulents were good and healthy. The issues all started in December when my order was delayed about 2 weeks and that went into January. People were already getting there January succulents and I didn't even have my December succulents yet. I contacted them and they sent them that same weeks which was awesome. The issues did not stop there. My January succulents were delayed 3 weeks, when I contacted them and asked what is going on and how do I resolve this issue so I can actually get them in time like I used to and I asked why people were getting there February Succulents when I haven't even gotten my January succulents! My question was complete ignored by customer rep Victoria Townsend and she just sent me my box that week. Which is awesome but the issue was not resolved. Then in March the same thing happened again. Contacted customer support and talked to Jimmy Pearson. He explained that there were delays due to COVID. Which I understand in March there might be delays but what about Decemeber, January, and February before COVID hit! There are using COVID as an excuse now. Delays started to happen way before COVID and COVID just made it worse. Jimmy also told me he would move up my ship date to the beginning of the month so I would get it earlier. Well next month April I did not get my succulent. May went by, no succulent. Finally in June I contacted them and they sent them to me. I asked what was going on and they just said COVID delays. I was finally fed up with all the excuses and nothing ever being solved and cancelled. Also after January they started to hot glue succulent down into a grow block. The hot glue would actually burn the stem of the succulent and then no roots would grow since it was dead were it was hot glued. Yes glue does not hurt succulents but when the hot glue completely covers the stem and burns it, preventing from and roots from growing, yes it does cause damage! I would just stay away, they do not know how to run a business.Which I don't understand since the founder started another business before this one.
