Rosehill Suez recycling Marple

I went to Rosehill Suez recycling today in Marple as always the staff Rob and John very helpful, always polite staff on duty. The site is so well kept the gardens are a joy to look at always clean and tidy well done all staff at this site.

STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Despite the cancellation, I continue to receive invoices, and the situation has now escalated to credit control.

It is extremely difficult to get in touch with their team, and when I do, case numbers are not followed up properly. I have had several lengthy conversations with representatives who assured me the issue would be resolved, yet no progress has been made.

I will not pay for six months of services that were not provided, and it seems this matter may eventually be taken further. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering alternative, more reliable provider

We have had an excellent experience…

We have had an excellent experience with Suez so far. They are always on time and very helpful with any queries we may have. Brett has been a massive help throughout, by constantly keeping in touch and ensuring that we are happy with the service at all times. He also organised for us to visit the Energy Recovery Centre so that we can see how our waste in processed.

Ibe at suez Bredbury = top bloke! One of the managers there and really helped me with the disposable recycling waste. Cares about the planet and a great face of the company.

This is now my 7th or 8th zero star review

This is now my 7th or 8th review. The 4th since cancelling my contract with Suez in September. They still invoice me and now credit control is getting involved. They are impossible to contact and don't follow up on case numbers. Despite long conversations with people who promise to deal with this I never get anywhere. I won't pay them for 6 months of service I haven't received so I guess they will eventually take me to court. Avoid and find a competent company.

Hello David, I am truly sorry you have had to contact us again to get this situation resolved. I also apologise for the delay in replying to your review, I wanted to ensure everything had been completed at this end before I updated you.

I understand you received a call today from one of our employees from the Cawleys customer service hub who confirmed that your credit has been raised and they have taken appropriate action to ensure you are not chased further for these incorrect invoices.

I can only apologise again for the tardy manner in which your issues have been dealt with. The Cawleys team is new to SUEZ systems hence the issues but that is no excuse.

Traffic queues long outside our local…

Traffic queues long outside our local recycling plant with the gates shut had to phone head office to see why the centre was closed, I was told it was windy (no weather warnings from the met office) no staff outside telling us why it was closed it wasn't even windy.

Not recommended

This company is a waste of time and money. They do not collect the waste regularly and when they collect they overcharge it claiming that it is heavier. Although I did all my payments they do not collect my waste claiming that I have not paid it. I have to wait ours and days to tell them to check their system. Finally they apologised and still sending me the same generic emails. My waste bags are in the middle of the street for 10 days.
Not recommended. Total scam

Where were boxes/bag?

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service - only been with then for a couple of months and they have failed every week to collect on the agreed day! No comms from them .. down to customer to chase. case open no comms then they close the case even though the bins are overflowing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will give excuses like driver time, driver shortage... who cars that's your business problems not ours we are paying you to do a simple job! Case Created - 01004913

Still missing collections but reporting them as collected

Poor service in Milton Keynes (Broughton area). They are lazy and miss collections and then report them as collected. The communal bin here is full up and it's at least the 2nd week they didn't bother collecting. When they do bother to collect they're too lazy to close the doors on the bin store, leaving them wide open and banging the walls in the wind which is a noise nuisance for residents.

Edit: I was sent an email demanding my full name and phone number under threat of having my review removed

First class service

First class service. I received a quote very quickly, I did make a mistake and this was rectified straight away and a new quote sent across the same day. I found Mike Skeates to be very helpful and responded to my emails and phone calls promptly, nothing was to much trouble, an excellent service provided by MIke.

Terrible service, never collected bins on time, and collected glass bin at 4:30am on more than several occasions despite this being something that is actually against the law!

Claycots School

1. My collection dates are constantly rescheduled causing a build up of waste and meaning I have to spend time remailing to chase collections.
2. I have asked several times for a name of our account manager so that I can discuss issues but this has not been forthcoming.
3. I received an email on Friday evening stating our bins were not emptied due to the car park being full, yet there was plenty of space for the lorry to access and empty the bins, as has happened on numerous occasions during the day.

our last collection was on Friday 28th…

our last collection was on Friday 28th november. waste was put out on Monday 1st December and that is where it still is. we have been missed Monday, Wednesday and Friday, despite repeated promises of collection through the week including Saturday 6th. arriving at work this morning i was astounded to still see it there. we have the weekends waste on top which won't go in the seagull proof bags as there is no room.
