The food it was so salty it was horrible, pavlova if you could call it that, coffee week, I was so disappointed been a while since I’ve been to sugar ray’s & a completely different experience & the price was way too expensive even worse when you don’t even eat half of what you ordered due to bad food, service was good the girl was lovely but sorry nearly £100 wasted & bad quality so no tip & sorry won’t be back

Like many of the other reviews. They lied about having the item in stock and seemed to not care ignoring my messages, it seemed they had no intentions of refunding me and the man on the phone when I called was very rude when I asked for a refund.

Took my 2 young boys who are new to boxing for some accessories and equipment and was not disappointed. Harley helped us with our selection and choices of gloves and shorts, my boys were very happy we went there. will definitely buy from them next time

After being initially unsure of when my item would be dispatched as it was needed for Christmas present, I sent a message and it was answered almost straight away, the item arrived sooner than I was told so very pleased about that. Can’t complain about the communication, emails and WhatsApp messages replied to, and they even honoured the 10% discount code that I had forgotten to apply when I ordered. The Venum boxing boots I ordered were great, a good price and son loved them.

Went in the shop in Brentwood with my son. They spent time and effort guiding us as to what we need and the best fit brand etc (not just the most expensive).

They didn’t have the stuff that they thought was best for him (and what he wanted) in stock at the time and said they would post it out when they got their deliveries.

I got it within a few days all sweet.

Both of the people in the shop was friendly, knowledgeable and they had a good selection.

I’d definitely use these in the future.

I dealt with Brett and another guy who I didn’t get his name but both were super helpful.

I can’t remember the last time I wrote a review but I felt like I should do so in this case.

First time using sugarray and can't praise them enough. They didn't have the punch bag I ordered in stock so gave me a couple of other options both more expensive at no extra cost. When that was sorted and arranged which was only yesterday I was waiting for an email regarding delivery. It arrived today , lovely delivery driver even carried it (with my son helping) through the house to where my son wanted it. A* service

Ordered some autograph gloves. Website said they had plenty in stock. Paid and then 2 days later, get an email saying they were out of stock. Offered an alternative product or wait 4 weeks. This was no good to us. Now can them anywhere else. Got a full and quick refund but this is poor customer service.

Slight delay in item delivery but pleased with the communication and the offer of an alternative item.

Bought Nevatear uppercut bag which is solid and heavy enough for a novice like me and fits well in garage gym. Sugar Rays had problem with supplier so took a bit of time to come. Things go wrong, that’s called life. Matters is how you respond and Sugar Rays kept me informed as they worked to resolve, offered refund if needed (but I didn’t as they were working it) and delivered it in the end when promised even resolving minor issue after delivery. That’s a measure of a good business.

Not good. Ordered an item. Paid, had order confirmation then zero communication, tried 3 times on separate occasions to contact then and each time had no reply. 2 weeks on and still no communication, either in reply or notification of order update. Shame but just one of those company's that give online shopping a bad name. 👎

So I ordered a Cleto Reyes floor to-ceiling ball on Monday, and it arrived today. Packed well and arrived super quick, was a little nervous ordering from these guys. Judging by some of the less then ideal reviews. But they pulled through and I couldn’t be happier!

Sell's items not in their possession. Does not inform until PayPal got involved and provides silly delivery dates even though weeks have passed. Not good business ethos.

I ordered some gloves a week ago just to be informed they were out of stock!! Still have not received them!! Do not order

Service was absolutely amazing. I was helped choosing which glove would suit me best. I also got a pair of boxing boots and he helped me with that as well. Great service and prices.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I ORDERED A CHILDS PAIR OF BOXING GLOVES AND AFTER A WEEK OF WAITING I EMAILED FOR INFORMATION ON THE ORDER TO BE TOLD THEY WERENT IN STOCK FOR A MONTH EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE SAID IT WAS AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY !! I ASKED WHEN WOULD I HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE GLOVES NOT BEING IN STOCK AND OBVIOUSLY THAT QUESTION WAS IGNORED . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY .

Placed an order for a Cannons foldable crash mat. Nothing to indicate item was out of stock.
After a few days no sign of delivery, chased up to be told out of stock. Was fobbed off blaming Cannons for having no stock and no contact since.
Will not use again.
Item still available to order on their site so clearly taking orders for out of stock items.

Absolutely the best service and welcome. Took the time to make sure I had the right gloves and headguard without any pressure ! Let me test the fitting and gave valuable advice.
Sugar Rays is the one of the best places to buy kit ! Thanks for all the help
