Sugarrays Avis 

I've been waiting for over a month for my order and it still hasn't arrived. Every time I phoned, I was told my goods would arrive in the next couple of days. The last time I phoned, I was told it would take another couple of weeks.

A friend of mine who bought the boxing bag for me got a call from Sugar Rays who said they will rectify the mistake and change the bag. If they do that, then it looks like my bad review of them was a bit premature. Apologies to all!!

Ordered 2 items extra early to make sure I received the items on a set day. Had someone at my house waiting all day for delivery. No sign of it.

Called them to get an update. Call wasn't returned. Called again. They called back saying the item won't be delivered! They didn't apologise once. Didn't update me. I had to chase them twice. Awful customer service.

Should have gone to Sweatband.com. Better prices and next day delivery. Although SR reluctantly price match, it's not worth the hassle. Once you've paid, you're at the bottom of their priority. 2 stars as I actually received my item!

I looked on the web site, wernt sure what to order as the selection seemed a bit much, gave them a bell and they was v helpfull. I had to return my gloves cause my new coach wanted me to wear lighter oz and they swaped em over no problem. will be ordering again.

Similar to other reviewers, I placed an internet order, the money was debited from my account but no goods sent. Phoned a few times, calls and emails never returned. No sign of refund after being told I would get one. Will have to pursue via my bank or visit the shop. Avoid internet orders with this company.

I ordered two pair of shoes, and i got them in a week, great service so far. But the shoes didnt fit, so i returned them almost 3 weeks ago, and i havent heard from them since. I have asked for my money back in an email, but they haven't awnsered, and when i try to call them, it just say the number doesnt exist. So if anyone have a number that exist, i would appreciate it if they will write it. One last warning do not shop at shugarrays!

Item not in stock. They didn't contact me to tell me. I waited 2 weeks for the item and then i had to ring them for them to tell me this. I waited a further week for it to come into stock and i am still waiting for the delivery which was meant to be a few days ago. The guy on the phone has been very unhelpful and seems to have an attitude.

I will not be shopping here again.

Ordered this product from overseas, and after 5 days the product arrived in perfect condition. Can't demand anymore than that.

One of the worst experiences i ever had on internet shopping (and believe me i shop a lot). I ordered a boxing bag and some gel wraps. After a month waiting for the tracking no and the parcel i called them and they said the didn't have the bag ( so no email no phone call until i did something about it ). The guy on the phone said he will go down the stock room to check and call me back or email me. Still nothing so i call 2 days later and they said that the gel wraps were out of stock as well. Finally i asked for my money back because i didn't want to deal with them any more. Worse customer service ever, i advise you to shop from boxfit.uk, a lot better experience. Thanks.

They were unable to supply a product I ordered and after months of stalling accepted they could not supply and agreed to refund me.

After that no response no money... I've now had to go to my credit card company to get my money back.

Robbery.

good selection of boxing eq, to buy delivery is usually next despite them saying 3to4 days. only thing i got that was wrong was a t shirt right t shirt wrong type, other than that no grumbles

I placed an order, they charged my credit card and never delivered the products. Their custormer service doesn't reply to enquiries. I lost my money - the right term would be - I was robbed. Not nice!
