Fantastic service!

The experience with SuitReview was smooth and satisfying. I spoke with one of the gents about updating my address, which went well. The jacket was a great fit, came with a garment bag, surgeon cuffs. I was able to steam it and wear it the next day.

Prompt service and very helpful in figuring out my size. Process was easy. Blazer is excellent quality.

Suit review is a scam. I ordered a blazer to Australia and my package was shipped to USA. Emailed the support team 4 times with no response.

Avoid this brand!

My experience lately has been poor. I’ve been a longtime customer of suitreview, but 4/5 of my last orders have had fulfillment issues. One ended up being out of stock, and 3/4 have been delayed. The pricing is fantastic but the customer service leaves you wanting - the company makes excuses including tariffs and other problems but I order from many European providers without issue, and whenever an issue is raised the company does little to nothing to remedy it other than sending “holding” type emails.

I ordered 2 and a half weeks before I was moving, thinking that I had some buffer time between the 7-10 days they expected for shipping.

When I got notification from FedEx that the shipment was going to come after I was set to vacate my apartment, I tried to change the delivery address to my new apartment, but was told only the seller can can do it. When I emailed Suitreview (twice) to request they make the change, they never responded, so I currently do not have the suit jacket that I purchased.

This is my third time ordering a suit and so far so good. quality is good. prices are OK

Timely good quality.

I am giving this review 2 stars due to concerns with customer service and follow-up. I initially purchased a blazer, and although the payment was processed immediately, I was only notified two weeks later that my size was no longer available.

After reaching out, I was offered a resolution to receive a larger size with the understanding that tailoring costs at SuitSupply would be reimbursed, since the issue stemmed from the company’s inventory error. While I appreciated the proposed solution, I have since followed up via email and have not received any response regarding the credit or next steps.

Overall, the lack of timely communication and follow-through has been disappointing. I hope the company improves its inventory accuracy and customer support processes moving forward.

The suit fit perfectly, but the inquiry about the extra material available on the trousers was inaccurate. There is not enough extra material, maybe 1-2 extra cm
