I ordered a dress on the 22/11/21. Still no show of my order and I’ve contacted the website several times to ask where it is, no answer, then messaged to cancel and claim my refund. No reply. No communication what so ever. So easy to take my money and ignore me isn’t it!

Really terrible company won't be shopping with them again. I ordered a dress and the item that arrived was not the advertised size (I used the online measurements) - and looked nothing like the picture looked a completely different material.

I returned it but I live in a village and only have access to Royal Mail, they sent me a hermes label, after visiting shops over 20 mins drive away and their systems not working for 3 weekends or the shops being shut I sent it back at my own cost and I was told I could not be refunded. The item had never been worn and you could tell. Labels all intact and item immaculate.

They then sent me a smaller size, but it was the exact same size that they sent before!! Now they are ignoring my emails.

The customer service was amazing!
I was trying to order my birthday dress and was quite picky about the fit of it 😂 I spoke with someone about the black crystal beading dress, and she was so so nice and helpful. She took all my sizes and measurements, to have the dress custom made for me, which I thought was so great! I thought it would take ages to make & then arrive, but it came in just 3 weeks & arrived just on time for my birthday. It is the most beautiful dress I’ve ever bought 😍. It’s always worth paying that little bit extra for this amazinggg quality and customer service!

Their products quality is appalling and their customer service even more disappointing.
I bought a pair of trousers that looked like nothing in the picture, the material was see though and they were really short, made me look ridiculous. They don’t provide you with return label so I emailed them about it. I had to pay for postage £20 (very expensive because they are in China and you want the item to be tracked) but because of the pandemic the item took a wile to arrive there. Because it arrived after the 24 days retuning policy they refused to refund me and refused to refund my postage too. So basically I have spent £50 for nothing.
They are a waste of time and money. Their products are disgusting 🤮. Please save yourself the stress because either way they will try not to refund you and convince you not to return the item. And if u insist they still find a way not to give you the money back.
Honestly they are a disgusting business. Not worth it!!!

Omg.the return process and customer service is zero. Trying to return and although automated email says is logged. Nothing further. I will never use or recommend. I can’t afford to not get my money back. Avoid..

I was more than happy to wait for my item.
It is a fantastic piece, bespoke, high quality and I will have in my wardrobe for a long time.

I ordered the dress on 8th of September and was hoping to get it on time for my birthday.
I emailed them and they said it won’t be arrived by 20th of September! It took 20 days for it to be delivered. The size wasn’t right and I asked for a refund. They sent me the refund label and I returned it back.
Today is 28th of October and I still haven’t received my money back! No confirmation email …. Nothing!
Very disappointing! Please don’t waist your money, time and energy on this website.

I ordered a dress which took over a month to be delivered. I was chasing them every week to cancel the order and I was reassured it was dispatched.

I tracked the parcel and it had not been dispatched so I sent another email to cancel the order and they dispatched the order that day dispite me telling them not to.

Once the parcel arrived it looked nothing like the image on the website and poor was poor quality for the price tag.

I requested a return immediately as the website states not to return to the manafacturers but to wait for a returns label. Two weeks later I am still waiting for a returns label. Very very poor service.

Ordered a jumpsuit 17/9/2021 still not arrived! Sent 10 emails still no reply! Do not get my money back it’s a disgrace

I ordered a dress and paid for 14 day delivery 4 weeks on still not arrived.
My event that I was planning on wearing it to has now passed.
Required a refund but they are saying when the item is sent back.. which I still haven’t received! Communication is awful do not expect a reply if anything goes wrong with your order. So disappointed it’s not even worth one star

waited nearly 4 weeks on a dress i ordered with feathers on it for my 30th party and when I tried the dress on a lot of the feathers started falling off it. I contacted the company several times before someone responded. I was offered another dress with artificial feathers but no offer of money back if the dress was being changed. Had to contact them several times to chase up my refund, eventually had to open a dispute with PayPal & was refunded within 20 mins. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Suit is amazing!!!quality of materials great. It is taking long time as I was informed that it is small family company. But I gave them a chance and it was worth it

I brought a embellished feather dress from this shop.
The shipping policy and note on the description page says the dress is hand made & very popular, it can take 3-4 weeks to make and deliver the dress.
I was kept up to date with emails from the team and the dress arrived much sooner than expected within 2 weeks. I am so happy with my purchase. Everyone keeps asking me where I got it. I’m 100 percent happy and will shop with them again.

Placed an order about 2 weeks ago now, still not had anything regarding dispatch.
Emailed the company to ask where it was and they said its still being processed, so i would then have another 2 weeks delivery after processing and dispatch, seems off to me. glad i used klarna to pay or i would be £260 out of pocket for 2 suits that i dont have, so i have cancelled the order through Klarna (after emailing suits and tutus to cancel) and i wont be looking or buying here again.

I wish I could put -5 stars for this company. Please DO NOT buy from them.
I bought a suit that took 6 weeks to be delivered. I chased them several times for the order. When I finally received it the material was awful and the cut not flattering at all. I asked how could I return the item as there were no return instructions with the order or any of the emails. Clearly they try to make it difficult to return items. They haven’t answered through text, email, chat or Instagram. The time that I’ve spent the last 6 weeks chasing them is outrageous. Please do not waste your time or money! Shop somewhere else!
