After reviewing your order, we found that your package was shipped on March 23rd, and delivered on March 28. We sent you an email with the tracking number. We also sent you an email with shipping information after reading your comment. However, it is possible that our email may have been sent to your spam folder. Have a nice day! We sincerely apologize for the wrong order being delivered. Before we send out any orders, we make sure that everything is correct and that it seems that your order got through despite our best efforts. After receiving your feedback on March 1 we immediately arranged to reship the correct item, which was delivered on March 7.

As soon as our warehouse verifies that your returned shipment has been properly delivered, reimbursement in the amount of $3 will be sent to you as a form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We sincerely apologize for the wrong order being delivered. Before we send out any orders, we make sure that everything is correct and that it seems that your order got through despite our best efforts. Don't worry - we'll try our best to make it right!

Usually, you need to submit a return request at our return center, and we will provide you with a free return shipping label. A reshipment of the correct item will be arranged without delay, and you will get further email notifications on the details of your package's arrival. Last but not least, as soon as our warehouse verifies that your returned shipment has been properly delivered, reimbursement in the amount of $3 will be sent to you as a form of compensation for the inconvenience.

I just checked our communication emails and found that on February 26th you said in your first email that you wanted to get the correct item. But the content of the return request you submitted was that you wanted a refund. So we asked you what we should do next. You replied to us that you needed a refund. So we sent you a return shipping label on February 28th. Your return package was delivered on March 6. After signing for it at our warehouse, we processed your refund on March 8. You can check it on your credit card.

Once again, we are very sorry for this mistake.
