Summertowncycles Avis 

I popped into SummerTownCycles on May 19th 2026 with a stuck cassette on my bespoke Campagnola rear wheel. Even though the store is undergoing a major refab, the staff offered superlative customer service managing to unstick my recalcitrant cassette and installing my replacement F.O.C.

It's no exaggeration to say they have singlehandedly gone a long way in restoring my faith in the human race and I look forward to purchasing my new bicycle from them, perhaps once they've reopened post their refab.

The staff at Summertown Cycles were extremely helpful when my bike chain snapped on the way to work. I was waiting outside the shop when it opened and they kindly fixed the chain for me so that I could complete my commute to work. Excellent service and very supportive and friendly too.

wonderful service. mended my broken pedal when shop supposedly closed and didn't charge for anything except the parts.
