Being a part of the fellowship was the most unique and exciting experience I've ever had! Every single mentor and presenter was incredibly wise and helpful. What caught my attention to SSF was how all of the mentors were doing different things in different areas of STEM, it really helped provide information about careers I would have never even thought about! Being able to talk to the mentors one on one during the Office Hours was so inspiring because it showed that on top of everything that these people do in their day to day lives, they will still give their free time to helping the community and inspiring high school students. All in all it was my favorite experience of all time and I definitely recommend completing this fellowship!

At the beginning of the fellowship, there were so many accomplished people that I didn't believe I belonged, but after the first Fireside Chat, it pushed me to start my own initiative, The Young Leaders of Tomorrow, a podcast about how to succeed from a young person's perspective. The fellowship has not only inspired me, but also helped me start and promote my projects. The assignments are incredibly useful even now, and the instructors' feedback still resonates with me, I'm amazed at how efficient they all are. The community is so helpful and friendly that, eventually, rather than feeling intimidated, I felt supported and made many friends. It doesn't matter where you are now, because this program will help you to your best. Overall, the fellowship was nothing short of outstanding, and I'm grateful I got to attend.

SSF 2025 was one of the most eye-opening experiences I’ve ever had. It gave me the confidence to present my idea of building a new website and platform, something I was truly passionate about. The fireside chats and STEM shorts by all the mentors were my favorite part — they introduced me to incredible stories and ventures from experts across so many fields. I also discovered interdisciplinary STEM majors I had never thought about before. More than just learning, SSF helped me dream bigger and see endless possibilities for what I can create in the future.

The Summit STEM Fellowship was a truly rewarding experience in so many ways. Throughout the two weeks, I had the opportunity to listen to exclusive talks from mentors at several prestigious universities. Through engaging Fireside Chats, Career Panels, and Ideathons, I gained not only knowledge and skills in STEM but also practical tools for leadership, time management, and future planning. All of the mentors I met, many of whom are accomplished young professionals, provided invaluable guidance—offering personal feedback, answering questions, and encouraging students to pursue bold ideas and passion projects. With so many students from different grades and countries around the world, I was also able to learn from my peers and build really meaningful connections.

Being a part of the Summit STEM Fellowship was a catalyst for how I pursued my high school career, and it was by far the best decision I made as a student. It was nothing like I imagined, and it severely surpassed my expectations in every way imaginable. Every single mentor and fellow was genuinely one of the nicest and most supportive people I have come into contact with. I fully expected to be treated as just a number in a program as big as SSF, but there wasn’t a single mentor that I didn’t learn from, didn’t support me, and didn’t genuinely take the time to learn more about me and help me through my goals. The Summit STEM Fellowship is not just a summer program that you can put on your resume. It is a life-changing opportunity, and it is so important that you make the most out of everything that is offered. From SSF, I have started a podcast called Bookmarks and Blessings, founded a Peer Tutoring and Study Group Club at my school, and have never had better time management skills. And it has only been two months since I was in the program. The lessons I learned in SFF are still relevant to what I am doing in school currently and will still be relevant ten, twenty years down the road. My advice is to make the most out of this program, and to never forget that they genuinely care for you and your personal journeys.
