The sarees are blatant fakes. They come with falls and pico already done and look second hand. Sarees advertised as silk are obviously not silk and do not have the authenticity tag. I was also surprised to find the very same saree being sold elsewhere at half the price. The customer care person called "Resham" was ridiculously incompetent. She said the saree was. Pre-order and so couldn't be returned and said she would check with her workshop as to why falls and pico was done!! This saree was bought directly off the website and nowhere was it indicated to be a pre-order!! I just can't be bothered with such bad business practice to return the stuff. But I do believe people need to be warned against this company its owner, I think Resham said it was Mr Saraf, and warned against buying their products.Oh btw apparently you can't email them your complaints either, the whole company is pretty fraudulent.

Worst fabric, cheap quality and fraud seller site
First thing, enquired if saree is pure silk and requested if silk mark tag is available.
They replied 'no' but certificate for authenticity will be provided.

Secondly, enquired if product can be returned after delivery if we are unsatisfied with the product, for which they replied 'yes'.

Trusting them, placed and order and received saree in 4 days.

The received product was not pure silk.
It did not contain silk mark tag or authenticity certificate.
Cheap quality for the price.
Dye wasn't good. The real product color does not match the catalog. It looks cheap.

We asked to return the product since we were not satisfied with the saree.
No proper response. The customer care number posted on site is invalid number.

Could only contact through email and they delayed reply for your every query. Takes upto 2-3 days but the return window is only 2 days.

They replied it cannot be returned as it was bought with coupon code.

And they mentioned bla bla charges additionally as mentioned below.

I was ready to pay the shipping fee and asked for a refund.
But they replied after another 2 days that above mentioned extra charges will be applicable in addition to shipment charges. But still haven't received response on what is the actual charge they want to deduct.

Simply a waste of time for returning cheap product.

Images attached for real color and the fabric is not pure silk. Look at the inside of border and pallu. They might be pricking in your ornaments or any objects that comes in contact. Not a comfortable wear.

PS: The WhatsApp guy response was humble before purchase and so arrogant after purchase.

I ordered 5 sarees from them and this is my second order. Their quality, customer service, product collection, delivery, price, everything is top notch. I have had terrible shopping experience with other online websites in the past so I ordered just one sarees first to test this brand. They literally restored my faith in sarees shopping online. Love this brand... Specially the Kashmiri sarees.

I recently placed an order for three sarees from this website, one for each of my sisters and myself. However, upon receiving the items, I was dismayed to find that the quality was not up to par. Despite initially considering a return, my busy schedule forced me to keep the sarees.

Subsequently, when I took the sarees to a tailor for blouse stitching, I was informed that one of the sarees was short and came with an unusually small blouse piece. Understandably concerned, I promptly reached out to the customer service team to address the issue.

To my surprise, the representative I spoke with not only displayed a lack of empathy but was also dismissive of my concerns. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, I was met with a rigid response stating that the order had surpassed the seven-day return period.

This interaction left me feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I expect a level of reliability and understanding from the companies I choose to do business with. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to question the reliability of this website and the level of customer service provided.
