I joined Sunnah Nikkah last year as they had a Dhul Hijjah offer on their packages including the 1:1 support for a month.

The admin team were professional and responsive throughout. Communications can be through named contacts e.g. father, mother or yourself.

One thing I liked was that people can find your profile via the weekly spreadsheets so you do not even need to keep posting your profile on the groups. People were contacting us primarily through this method. Of course there is the option to post your profile regularly if you wanted to.

I had to wait a few months due to limited slots available for The 1:1 service. It was very professional and involved a member of the admin team confirming my preferences and filtering through the profiles on the database. The admin then allowed us to select which profiles we wanted them to contact on our behalf. This ensured that the named contact numbers of each party were only exchanged if both were happy to proceed based on the profiles, saving time and energy on both sides.

Alhamdulillah I was able to find my spouse via Sunnah Nikkah and have been recommending it to others who are looking to get married. Jazakallah khayr to all the admin team! It is a much needed platform for those who are wanting to find a spouse whilst being aligned with Islamic principles.

Mislead into thinking this was an app where you can find your partner. In reality, it's a collation of WhatsApp groups full of people's parents who are trying to do arranged marriages.

Admins are not helpful in dealing with rude people, or people who break the group rules.

I requested a refund on Day 5, they deliberately dragged out my request 3 days then said "Apologies yes, I've just seen it now" so no refund.

Absolute waste of time. Admin are unhelpful and nobody is serious. Relies on users posting the same profiles. People ghost and don’t reply or even share pics. Almost 99% of men say they don’t want women over 30. It’s really upset me they took my money but the service is awful. Shocked if any of the reviews on here are true as it’s a total sham.
