The girl who helped me choose the scent I liked best was really friendly, she was so helpful telling me the best way to wear the oil perfume and let me smell loads of different oils, she was so patient as I couldn't decide, she gave me coffee beans as I was so indecisive and smelled so many different scents that I couldn't smell anymore 🤦♀️ the assistant was a lovely girl, patient, friendly and informative, the oils all smell beautiful, I will definitely go back and buy more oil perfumes , I recommend Sunnamusk London 100%.

No gift packaging
Girl serving was lovely but they did not have any gift packaging left, so she had to clean the display one and give it to us, which was a bit dusty. Not ideal when buying a present.

Lovely oils
Always a lovely experience buying from here. The staff are attentive and will let you try other products with no hard push to buy. I first came across the brand in Manchester. I was looking for a new perfume but everything either smelled the same or there was very little scent. Stopped by the stall and was so impressed. Golden Dust and Night Illusion are our favourites. Have had many compliments over the years and the scent from the oils lasts for hours.

The girl was really helpful
The girl was really helpful, was willing to provide loads of samples and even try the oils comparing them to the sprays and there is a big difference. Personally I prefer the oils, feels more luxury and different to the usual sprays you get with all other aftershave and perfumes. It's an extra nice touch.

Beautiful perfume
The staff are so lovely when dealing with them, they let you smell the different scents so you can choose which you want to buy. If I had the money I would be buying them all. Only disappointment was the Amber Rose gift set was sold out but it just shows people love that scent.

The young man at the stant in Silverburn mall , wasn't professional at all ! He had direct way and no manners ..
Me and my partner went there to buy the product, without need any help or promotion.. so we would buy it anyway..
But he was so unprofessional who make us regret getting it that day...
Also , when I ask for a sample, the lovely ladies always give us more than 3 or 4 .. this time the young mon with an attitude just said :" We don't have the Victory ,this it only what they give us "
So we left quite disappointed and with not good vibe ...
I was expecting better face tl face sale but ... that shows lack of appreciation from a loyal customers and much more ...

Really wonderful lasting scents! I bought the perfume oils and scented candles and was given an excellent service from Sunnamusk from start to finish by the lovely team in Silverburn.There is a wide variety of scents in oils and sprays in si mnay amazing blends.My go to place for gifts now. You just cant go wrong with SunnaMusk. I'd recommend to everyone.
