Receptionist was welcoming and checked in swiftly. I was seen on time and received a thorough check up with explanations as to what was happening. Advice on how to care in future was realistic rather than preachy

I went for my dental hygiene and Jasleen Kapoor was very professional, kind and friendly. She also gave me some tips to keep my own hygiene on track. Highly recommend her.

Lovely fairly recently renovated and extended dental practice with beautiful and accessible Reception (there used to be very steep stairs up to the reception area and surgeries). Thorough and careful clean by hygienist and check-up by dentist. Not so comfortable with being invited to have my teeth straightened and wisdom teeth removed but perhaps it's the sign of the times.

Great experience as always for my children. They are very good with my younger one who is anxious

Nothing to fault. Good modern waiting room. Staff went out of their way to help get buggy into surgery. Dentist extremely professional and patient and answered all questions we had.

Just had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Modgill. I was very nervous but both the Dr and the nurse were amazing. Explained every thing before, during and after. Highly recommended surgery. Very very good.

A clean, friendly and professional environment. The dentist was thorough and suggested what I could do to relieve my pain whilst here on holiday from South Africa.

I find this very frustrating after the excellent and professional service I received!
I find it very difficult to follow how I am expected to respond to this form.
I spent time trying to respond in the box which I subsequently found was the wrong box and only had a minimal amount of space to respond. You need to make this clearer I still do not understand where I should be typing my comments!
In case my short response has been lost / deleted because it was in the wrong box I was delighted with the service I received. The session started on time so I did not need to wait and the service I received was excellent both in letting me know what extra dental work I will need and in informing me of what needed to happen next.
