Everything was great in the beginning. Brett Lamber was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. After the install is when the issues arose. I was told that they would find me the best rate to solar buyback and that 90% of my power would be provided by the panels. I kept asking when would I be given the name of the power company to handle my service. I was put off many times. Then the panels were online and I was still with Frontier Brett said lets see what it looks like with the existing company for a month. well after that time I got a bill from Fronier for a full months electricity. Come to find Frontier does not deal in solar at all and my solar was just going out for free. I had to pester Brett to find a company. I could have done it but at this point with all the promises made I want him to do it. A few weeks later he comes back with Chariott energy. So I switch over. He says they will pay me for the electricity that was not credited to me from their mistake plus the fee to end my contract with Frontier early. This was back in May. He said he could get the money to me if I had a payment app. My bank will not support that app so I asked for a check over and over and over. He finally stopped responding to me usually he always got back to me in a few days with excuses as he was sick or was on vacation.... he takes lots of vacations. Anyway be very leery of this company as they will tell you everything you want to hear but do not follow through. My next stop is the BBB.
