Hair is decent quality
Hair is decent quality. Customer service though is excellent , very attentive, replies super quickly and are designing my own custom hair extensions for me. I couldn't be happier with the service from this company. 10/10 reccomend!
Bad and good you take it
I previously purchased hair from this company and accidentally ordered a weft. I tried to confirm thats what it was and not k-tips, by loosening the package slightly, as they bind the product ao tight, you can't tell what it is. After realizing i had the wrongnitem they would t return it based on the photos I sent. Grazel said they would " so their best" to help. Never got my credit. But I purchased the right item this time. Quality is good and you can even cut them to get more, the weight is too much for fine hair as is, which allows flexibility. Dont think the rebonds are keratin because they get super hot , melt and string , pretty sure theyre just some plastic which isnt great!

Do not buy from this company. The quality is not what is pictured. I also paid the fee to return and because I opened the product they told me I couldn’t return.

DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES DO NOT BUY UNTIL YOU READ THIS!
If there were zero stars to select, I certainly would! Buyers you need to read the negative reviews first and then RUN AWAY! Every review tells the same story. The colors you see are not at all the colors you receive. Deceitful business practice. Then you try to return? Impossible! You can’t see the color unless you open the box. Once opened, you spend your entire 30 day return window sending photos after photos of the extensions they sold you. The rep refused to give me the return address. The hair has never even been touched by human hands. I opened the box and knew immediately the color was wrong. Their return policy is impossible. You have to open the box to see the color! Once you open the box, you won’t get and address to return nor will you get your money back. Sunny then stalls your return window asking for more photos. If you read other reviews, it’s the same story over and over again. If you don’t plan to return the hair no matter how off the color is and you don’t mind wasting your dollars, you’ll be fine. As for me, I reported the issue to my credit card fraud department. I will get my money back regardless. However, I’m contacting the BBB and I can promise Sunny Hair, a Class Action lawsuit will follow. I want to take this company completely down. Sunny Hair has deceitful business practices and a return policy that is functionally impossible to meet. This is termed unfair or deceptive trade practice, which is illegal in the U.S. states. Regardless of the return policy, merchants are required to provide a refund or replacement for defective, damaged, or misrepresented goods. My issue was misrepresented goods. I’m coming for you Sunny Hair! I can clearly see the struggle to return hair and get a refund is real. Every single consumer who purchased hair from this company is reporting the same issue. So listen up potential buyers, don’t buy Sunny Hair product unless you absolutely don’t plan to return them. If you attempt to return and get nowhere with no refund, join me in a Class Action Lawsuit coming soon!

Sunny Hair Extensions has not honored its commitments, and I want to share my experience so others are aware.
I have been trying to resolve an error made by the company for several weeks. The customer service representative originally told me that I needed to purchase the correct extensions first and then return the incorrect ones at my own shipping cost, even though the mistake was not mine.
After multiple calls and emails—many of which took days or even weeks to receive a response—I was eventually told to place a new order, send proof of purchase, and then Sunny Hair would issue a prepaid return label for the incorrect extensions. I followed every instruction exactly as provided.
Once I submitted everything, the company suddenly refused to issue the return label and denied the refund, claiming the order was past the 90‑day window. The only reason any time passed was because Sunny Hair repeatedly delayed communication and required me to buy new extensions before they would process the return. Their own delays pushed the timeline past 90 days.
This is unacceptable. I followed all instructions, acted in good faith, and attempted to resolve their error promptly. Sunny Hair’s refusal to honor their written commitments and their shifting requirements feel misleading and unfair to customers.

3 year returning customer!

Never Got My Refund
I returned a hair topper with all tags attached and in the original package. I returned it a couple of months ago and followed all the return instructions. To date, Sunny has not given me a refund or answered any of my inquiries. I want my money back.

Wrong color and not real hair
My boyfriend ordered me the black with silver highlights for my bday. First of all they were not silver at all they were definitely blonde. then paid I paid get them installed and when I went to curl them to go out for my birthday the next day, they would not curl and had an extremely terrible burnt smell you could smell from across the room! They are obviously NOT real human hair. So I had my boyfriend take them out of my head. What a waste of money!! I reached out to customer support but they refuse to issue me a refund or do anything at all to help mend the situation. Do not buy this product!

I bought the hair topper. It’s very good quality, just thicker than I wanted. Would have liked it not so thick. Seems like a very trivial thing for most. Just not one to mess with hair, this takes messing with it to get it where it would like it.

I will never ever order hair from them for myself nor will I recommend this company to my family or friends if I felt like it I would surely put this company on blast but I wont the only reason why I am writing is because I had to give it a star its not worth a star not even half a star They lied their hair is very bad mix blended hair the color was all wrong and it shedded the hair went from a good length to nothing in less then a month 220.00 wasted on what I thought was good quality hair that wasnt

I happened to see there was a sale on my color hair. It was called weft and it was human hair. I couldnt believe the price! Ive always wanted to try human hair but alittle too pricey for me. When it arrived it was in a really cool box and looked pretty classy. It matched my hair almost perfectly. I pulled a brush through the hair and it was amazing. I also curled the ends on the lowest setting and it turned out beautifully. You should give Sunny Hair a try!
