Great experience with Sun of Japan. Their customer service is excellent — fast, helpful, and very professional. They were honest and transparent throughout. Shipping and packaging were also handled well, and overall the process felt smooth and reliable. It’s clear they put effort into maintaining a high standard, both in terms of products and service.

The start was a bit bumpy, i initially received the wrong glasses size but what followed was genuinely impressive, love the experience a lot. My issue was handled extremely quickly, and the response time couldn’t have been better.
The correct size was shipped the very next day and arrived just as fast, early in the morning. That level of speed and efficiency is rare to see! Communication throughout the process was smooth, clear, and very friendly.

Excellent service from Son of Japan
Excellent service from Son of Japan. I bought two pairs of glasses — a Matsunaga and a TVR — and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was fast, smooth, and very professional. I will most likely buy a third pair as well. Highly recommended!

Seller lies about real pricing
Seller informs about specific sunglasses being available, as I requested to be informed to do so via their website. Order is executed and confirmed, now they come up with a bad excuse, that it is not available anymore, only for the list price and offering a small discount.
Dont let you drag into a purchase and then accept a 40% higher price!
BTW, always check the pricing via google including reference number of the glasses, as I found several providers for the same price, whithout being displayed this item being on sale.
