SunOptique Avis 12

I wanted to order 2 pairs of glasses. They were specific ones that were sold out on most sites. SunOptique was still selling them, but when I paid almost 300 dollars, they sent me an e-mail with the wrong colour glasses.
I immediately sent an e-mail to cancel this order.

I have never had response from them, even after 6 e-mails and multiple calls. I would advise anyone to NOT ORDER on this website. I unfortunately spent a lot of money on a big scamparty like this store.

I am now trying to get to them via a legal party and Interpol.

Ordered frames 12/28/22. Paid for 2 day priority shipping. No communication from company in over 2 weeks, order has never shipped. Can't get response from company or answer to calls. Is this a scam?

I received the wrong size frames. Called, emailed to return/exchange them; no response. Save yourself the potential aggravation and shop elsewhere.

Slow to fill the order.
The glasses were not what I ordered.
Customer service is unavailable to get a return going.
The prices are significantly higher. I only ordered from them because I could not find the product I wanted anywhere else. It would have been ok had I received what I wanted.

I have order a pair of frames from this company before. I never had a problem i would receive them in about a week no biggy. I have been wanting some sunglasses i might be going back they have the best prices.

THEY DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS - DON'T RETURN EMAILS.

Unsuccessfull purchase! Ordered a frame, did not get get any updates for 3 weeks, tried to contact them with phone(nobody answers), email(no reply), web chat( also no success). Disputed visa transaction with my bank.
Never-ever with them again!

Order 4 pairs of glasses, 2 were actually shipped, automatically refunded the difference. Why have items on your site your can't deliver?

Of the two remaining, glasses came in a box without padding/bubble-wrap, found one frame to be too small and needed to return. I provided the bubble-wrap for return shipping...
Called 3x, emailed 4x over a week to get a return authorization... no response... from anything. Due to the time sensitive nature of this 14-day return window, I called again and finally got a person on the phone. Was issued return auth which I paid $10.41 in tracked shipping to return.

Glasses were returned to vendor 10 days ago (7 business days) yet the refund has not been issued. Looks like I need to jump through hoops yet again just to get the refund processed.

Never again will I purchase from this vendor, I recommend you spend the extra $10 and go to another. Note: sunoptique.com had customer service provided by " Internet Eyewear Group" whoever they are.

I should have known better, just looking at the dated website should have been a give-away to avoid this online retailer.

I bought a glass from this company online Feb 2. They never sent me any email about my purchase. The only email I received was from another company saying my credit card was charged. Feb 19 I called them and they told me the item was in back order (???) Really? They could not send me an email about it? I need my glasses and just lost 17 days waiting for nothing. Will NEVER consider this site again! Unprofessional! I hope I get my money back.

I went to SunOptique to purchase lenses after my optician was giving me the run around and prescriptions for lenses that no longer were manufactured. They gave me some good advice on how to overcome this by contacting my insurance company and I am very grateful to them for that. Genuinely nice people working there!

I was searching for a pair of Konishi eyeglasses I saw at my local eye doctor. Since I used my insurance coverage already, I had to scoop up a cheap pair. I found this website and It was the cheapest on the internet. Free shipping and no sales tax. Got it in a few days and I gotta say I will never buy at my optometrist again.

Bought a pair of Blinde Sunglasses for myself cuz I knew they were out of business (Blinde). Customer service agent Honey helped track down 2 pair for me. She went above and beyond the call. Awesome job guys!
