Thanks for the review Gary, great to hear that your order went through smoothly.
The ordering process could not have been easier, unty I came to the cost of shipping which I found quite shockingly high.
There was no delivery date given so I contacted the helpdesk and to my pleasant surprise they assured me they would arrive the next day. I was led to believe they would take a few weeks.
They arrived at 9 the following morning... very impressed.

I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the ordering process and delivery speed. We do offer next day delivery (as standard) on most of our items, but we appreciate the feedback regarding communication of this and it is something we'll look into.

Ordering proccess and delivery was pretty quick although was delivered in 2 parts.4 of the roof shingles were damaged with the 2nd delivery.made them aware but no reply.wont use again due to this.paid £108 for delivery also.

Firstly, sorry to hear this. Customer services have advised me that unfortunately, the notification of the problem with the order didn't reach us, hence the lack of response. We take pride in our customer services and we wouldn't knowingly ignore our customers. We have now issued a refund for the damages and a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused.
I hope this helps to atone for the issues.
