SCAM ALERT do not use supanet you will think you are calling your ISP and get Comms broker they sell you the dream when it's clearly a total scam the routers are awful and the staff are useless they will also speak to you like rubbish and I know someone who sold for them and was under paid also was treat like rubbish but that's different PLEASE keep your current ISP and call them who can fix your problem quicker please they judge you on your credit rating also

Although we were able to use the internet over the landline, we were not able to send or receive calls. After checking that our equipment was not faulty I used the Supanet CHAT service to report the fault. I was put through to Sarah who was very methodical & helpful, but the responses were so slow. Finally she said that she could see a fault and would report it to OpenReach. It was fixed within a day! How did we know?
There was a spam call purportedly from Amazon! (It is well past the time that Ofcom eliminated these thieves!!!)

Excellent online service, really helpful

I have been with Supanet for 14 years during which time I have had very few problems and, when they did arise, their staff always dealt with them satisfactorily. Admittedly, getting through on the telephone could take some time, but I'm now pleased that issues can be quickly and easier sorted for me via the chat line

Awful terrible service. Incompetent staff. Ring you to get you to stay longer with them. Overpriced. absolutely terrible! If I was not able to cancelled contract by before it ended they supposed to put u on month to month where you then you can cancel at any time. Ring them up and they will tell you am on a newcontract with them ! Awful service and staff! Why don’t you train your staff properly and improve your service... omg! The internet is slow. How can you treat customers like this! Does not deserve a star

Absolutely fantastic company spoke to someone about my account at first and was not very helpful i then spoke too a very helpful man sorry dont know the name but he went above and beyond too help me he explained everything in detail very clearly and sorted out my issue straight away what a lovely guy! very pleased with this service thankyou supanet

I was looking for a new internet provider as my last one was slow, I decided to try using BT as I had a phone line with them, when I typed into the internet BT internet services a number was provided to me which I later found out was Supanet fraudulently posing as BT.

At the time I thought they were BT so I went with them for my internet, they charged me £15 up front and said they would send out a new router to me.

I started to receive text messages from a company called supanet saying that my internet service has been process and to expect my router shortly, upon receiving the router I realized that the company I was dealing with was not BT and was a company called Supanet.

The router is the worst router I've ever seen it looks like a childs toy, cheap and nasty, I was advised by my son to cancel the service and NEVER plug in the router as it looks untrustworthy.

I phoned supanet and after waiting 15 minutes on a 35p a minute line I was told I would have to pay £280 to cancel my service, and bombarded with techno babble and slimy salesman talk.

I spoke to my son about them and told me they are scammers and that I should cancel my service with them, he researched them online and told me they provide the worst internet service at slow speeds, always ask for a extremely large about of money to cancel their service regardless of how long you have been with them, and even when you do cancel your service they take money out of your bank account years later without your permission.

When I tried a second time to cancel my service on the phone I was made to wait 15 minutes again and when I said i'd cancel my direct debit if they didn't cancel my service, they said they would send the bailiffs around!

I feel totally disguised and annoyed that this company posed as BT and tricked me, I have cancelled my direct debit with them, and if they try and threaten me I will get Ofcom involved.
