Well made, fit is great.

Was told product was out stock was talked into getting similar item. Had issue with item. Returned item and still fighting for refund months later

I have not received a phone hook up for my wrangler that fits on the dash. Money was deducted from my account.

Previous cover I bought was lined with felt, seemed thicker and hold up better in the elements.

I love this cover!! Great fit and keeps the inside dry when the top and doors are off. I don't have a garage, and my Jeep sits in the driveway all week, and this cover does an excellent job of protecting my Jeep from the sun and the elements. It developed a small split towards the back that covers the roof. Emailed support a picture, and they were right on top of it!! Excellent customer service!!

The product was defective. I sent several emails with no response. I called three times and was assured someone would get back to me. They never did.

Ordered cover for wifes jeep for her birthday, per their site should have received within plenty of time, hadn't seen or heard anything so I sent an email to look into when order was going to ship. Apparently order had to come from China and it takes longer when shipping, asked them to cancel order becaue it wouldnt be there in time. they offered a $45 part accessory (jeep hood latches) I asked if they could do something different. (did not like the Hood Latch they were offering). they said they couldn't which i respected and just asked to cancel order so i could order something else. By this time however the item had shippd and could not stop it. let them know I no longer wanted and would return, they informed me there would be a restocking fee and I would have to pay shipping, went back and forth a few more times and they finally agreed to give me a full refund but still had to pay shipping to their warehouse in California. Package arrived while we were out of town. Came back and let them know package received and sending back, they asked for the tracking number to which I gave them. They said it wouldn't work, I went to USPS and entered in tracking number worked just fine. gave them a screen shot of tracking info, a week or so goes by and they said they have not seen even though i have a delivery receipt saying it was dropped off to the address they provided. They finally refunded my money but still stated they had not recieved package and the warehouse must have lost it. They do not have a number to contact and you have to do everything by email, but when you email them you don't get a response back until the next day, assuming because the rep is in China. More frustrating than anything because this is something my wife wanted and the cover seemed to be a decent quality from the description off their site as well as a decent enough price. In hindsight I was able to get a different cover that i had to pay a little more for but the quality is also little better and she got it before her Birthday.

Great product! Best jeep cover I have ever used. Keeps all the water out during a rainstorm and the easy access door zipper makes getting in and out super easy without taking the cover off.

There’s a design flaw in the door zipper that has the zipper head fall right off if you pull it down all the way. I thought this to be an error on my first one, but when I was sent a replacement, I noticed it happened again & the same issue was present. Other than that, it’s a nice cover.

The lights do not work on my jeep, despite you sending the same one again to me. the only way I would get my money back was if I was to send it to you at my expense. I was hoping that we could have tried a different version (not the one with signals) - but at this point - I think that ship has passed.

I will be returning this due to it came to me with missing bolts, not the quality that I'm looking for

The product i purchased was great dual light fog/driving lights . Qaulity product .

I had originally received the wrong light to go behind my spare tire. I contacted the company and they made it right even before they received my return. The new one is now on my Jeep and I love it! I was very pleased with the customer service.

So far so good but have not had a good down pour if rain.

I purchased three of the same item and was shipped one. I was promised refunds that never happened and the additional sets finally shipped out and arrived too late for Christmas.
