Great variety
Great variety. Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the courier not being able to find my address after finding it numerous times before and my order being delivered 2 days late

Took delivery money with no delivery and lied about stock.
Completely wasted my time by telling me I can cancel my order, but then failed to tell me I will still pay for shipping, even though the product was never shipped.
Took forever to give back my credit points on the shop so the item that I wanted to buy was sold out by the time I they finally reimbursed my credit points.
Customer services lied about stock and sale that was for a certain item I wanted.
Horrible service overall!

Return policy failing
I’m honestly losing trust in the return policy. This is the second time I’m being blamed for a return that is not in “satisfactory condition”. When I only tried the item on and sent it back within the required time period. Claiming the item “smells washed”. Very upsetting to made to be felt like a criminal.

If you cannot locate the adress that was written, you need to phone the person receiving the parcel to tell them where the adress is not well written, unlike just rescheduling the delivery
