Supercar Experiences Avis 14

I bought the 2nd package from Paida in a shopping centre at $10000 in May.
By December despite many emails we had not received our flights.
We are now seeking LEGAL ADVICE.
This was an incredibly stressful experience. There is no one specific contact and there is always a brush off.
Where is our money..you guys are a SCAM!!@@

Customer service is shocking. Our experience was similar to another comment on here.

This company did not disclose the expiry date regarding the gift voucher purchased and this information was not on anything my son was given. There was also no voucher number on the voucher. Like another comment said, the company relies (intentionally, I would say) on a QR code, but this requires a voucher number that was not provided. Emailing customer service, a lady called Wendy was a headache and was quite obviously playing games, asking for proof of purchase that we gave her three times. She said she could not see the date of purchase, then wanted to know when the payment came out which was on the bank statement we provided. She had our details, including email, but Wendy said she could not find them. She kept us running around in circles which is intentional. As the other comment said, this company is profiting from vouchers that cannot be used due to not providing a voucher number and no clear disclosure of key terms and conditions on the voucher. Furthermore, one cannot view them online without a voucher number. I would avoid this company if possible.

If you ever get the opportunity to fulfil the chance of driving your dream car then this is the ONLY company you will ever need.
Supercar Experience does exactly what it says on the tin, and Nik and his staff were a delight to deal with.
The car was immaculately presented and Nick, the delivery driver, spent some time with me explaining the various functions available - probably more then on Apollo 13!
To drive an Aston Martin was the number 1 item on my bucket list .
My only criticism is that number 2 on my list was, having driven one, not to give it back!
Sadly for me Nik won that negotiation!

The car was dropped off, driver pilot and controls shown. However, upon moving my car to make more space, I advertently caused some minor damage on the bonnet. And not only have they retained my £5k deposit they want to take me to coury for another £15k, despite the car being insured. AVOD AVOID AVOID

Terrible experience.

Supercarexperience.co.uk did not adequately disclose that there was an expiry on the gift voucher that was purchased. This disclosure was not made on any material that was provided to my wife upon purchase nor was it provided on it's website in a clear manner. Rather, the company relies upon a generic 'click to to confirm you've read the terms and conditions' and there is no obvious link to even read such terms.

As a result, the company has profited from the voucher without having provided a refund, service, or adequate disclosure of key terms and conditions one would expect when dealing with the public.

Jonathan Oakley greeted me at reception but I was rather confused as he looked like the the Stig from Top Gear, then he turned to the side as he looked like Nik, but he was wearing female clothes and had a name badge saying Meggan H. Will the real owner the real owner of this company, please stand up, please stand up.

This was an awesome experience. The instructors are excellent. The Porsche was a must drive!!!!

Bought my 15year old the experience at Christmas and cashed it in today...1st time here and it was a very smooth experience from the entry point right to the Start Line waiting point . All the Staff are super friendly people with a real willingness to help the day be special , i didn't get the guy's name but he gave my child a free lap of the track which i thought was a lovely gesture , so Thank You , i think they all enjoy seeing the grin on peoples faces from start to finish . Definitely going back and would recommend anybody to have a go regardless of age , lots of Supercars to choose from that will suit all tastes and easy to get to with lot's of parking . 5*****

If you want an incredible experience, take the Mac 570s, seriously, this is a super car beyond others… used super car experiences before and they are the best cars, best customer service and Nik goes the extra mile, hired the Mac 570 for the weekend and got to keep it for the whole week for no extra…. Way to go, this was a valentines surprise for the mrs, cos she’s a real petrol head…

This car is incredibly fast, yep, treat with respect cos it’ll kill you.. everyone wants a photo of it, even the birthday party guests at the hotel all wanted pics…. turns heads everywhere it goes, especially with it’s party trick, the doors…. Thanks Nik for the extra help and look forward to using you again, the best supercars, best experience, the best prices, can’t beat them, simply out of this world experiences with a great company who knows how to treat there customers…

ONE OF THE BESTT!!
I tried the 30mins Testdrive should’ve taken the 60min package. The car was insane lamborghini huracan. Saad and Jay were superrr nice and friendly. With saad felt like i was driving with a friend. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🔥🔥🔥🤟🏽

I enquired about hiring a car. Had a reply the day later asking if I had any other quotes, i sent them the price I’d had, heard nothing back, I rang twice and emailed twice until I finally got a response.

Their response advised me to take the other quote as they couldn’t get anywhere near it.

So I took the other companies quote, and also sent a copy of the other companies quote to Supercar experiences to prove it was a genuine.
