This travel agency retrieves customer information from other Airlines and charges seperate fees that are unauthorized by the Airline. This was confirmed to me by the Airline that I originally purchased my tickets from. They also impersonate government officials which is a federal crime, and I will be taking action. Do not do business with these people!

Mr Denver was too helpful and quick responsive
I had a problem with the representative who received my call but then he transferred me to his supervisor Mr. Denver. He was really helpful and he gave me a route from Ukraine to Bogota for my mother . I'm amazed how he made a route for me while I didn't find any single flight for this route.

Klaus is beyond amazing! He was so so kind ,caring and helpful . I was really stressed out being stranded in a strange state, and very far away from home, and he listened with care about my concerns , and was just so reassuring,with such compassion,and empathy. Big problems solved with Elyte's help.
We had a very complicated problem with many road blocks and Elyte was very helpful and polite and concerned for all involved. The couple I was assisting was elderly and in distress. Elyte stayed with us until all problems were solved and the couple was on their way. As the couple's friend who was assisting them, I am truly grateful for Elyte.

KYLIE WAS AMAZING
I was skeptical at first, never used a customer service agent to assist my reservation. I had a difficult destination to fly into and as result was going to pay double the cost. However Kylie my assigned agent did her research and found another airport which was close by and saved me $1000 dollars. I was so happy that I had her reserve my rental car too and of course got another great deal. I learned this Monday (11/14/2022)
I learned this Monday (11/14/2022), I needed urgent surgery in Dubai on 11/20/2022. I live in Phoenix, AZ and my passport was expired, plus I needed plane tickets to Dubai on a last minute basis. I contacted Larry at superfares.com, he was very patient, helpful, and caring about my issue at hand. He explained all of the routes I could take as well as their corresponding prices. Larry made everything so much easier knowing that I at least had the plane ticket part of the puzzle solved!!
