Very insightful, highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul in a 2 day review class for my health 240 license. I feel he was very thorough and explained the material in a way that made it very understandable. I was able to get a 90 on the state exam and I feel that was due to his reinforcement of the material that I had already read through prior to his class. I would highly advise anyone utilize him for any review purposes you may need. :)

Paul was knowledgeable in the insurance field. He gave us some very useful information that will definitely help us on passing our exam

Mr. Paul Flowers is a phenomenal instructor! I had the pleasure of taking a two day PLE course to get my health insurance license. He is very knowleagable, great upbeat attitude and gave us strategic helpful advice/tips on studying for the exam. I am so glad I had the honor of e-meeting Mr. Flowers. He is valuable tool not only for health & life insurance but also offered the class a list of great books he has read that helped him in his career path. Awesome instructor & life coach :)!

The instructor was very professional and the training he provided was interesting and detailed. The material was easy to follow and understand. He gave very good life examples, feedback, tips and answered all of our questions. His mood was upbeat and he made the class interesting. There was no hesitation to participate because he made everyone feel comfortable. He did an amazing job! I feel confident I will pass the licensing exam.

Here is an update to this review. I took the licensing exam today and I passed with a 94%. I truly recommend this instructor.

Paul Flowers was very informative.

The training itself wasn't bad but it wasn't exactly great either. The script ultimately became a nearly pointless tool after engaging in actual conversation with customers. I wish there was examples of the sales process from top salespeople so their effectiveness could be noted and replicated, instead of given the outline and being told to "make it our own". This review has a combination of the actual training and then the nesting that followed, but I do strongly feel that this could've been addressed better in the initial training environment. For some reason, Lombardi Rules was emphasized so much and it had nothing to do with the actual role. I think it definitely had value, but it felt like there was more in depth on those rules than there was on the way to present and sell. I'm experienced in sales and even life insurance, but this product offering was an entirely new experience that I felt personally failed me in preparation. It was a wonderful environment, but it left a lot more to be desired.

Paul I am happy to be able to finally give you feedback. I personally feel you are one of the coolest, most intelligent, witty, articulate, wise, and knowledgeable men I have ever come across; and that says a lot! Your training style keeps the energy flowing in the room and is a great mixture of education and just laid back conversation. I would not have been opposed to one additional week of training just so I can feed off of the Lombardi Rules. In my class, towards the end, you and your son went to Vegas and the class was not the same without you. You are amazing at you craft and I hope to meet you in person some day.

First of all I think the he is most definitely a motivator speaker. I believe he is a atmosphere changer. When gives us the Lombardy rules before we got started in our class. It made us think about our future and to see if we was in the right mindset. A little self examination. He gave us a lot of good pointers and he didn’t treat anybody different from the next person. We were here to learn. But instead our group became a family!

Paul reminded me of the usefulness of asking “yes-response” questions. He also took time out of his weekend to assist me with additional training. Whenever I needed him, Paul was available. He also is very authentic.

Training with Paul was great. He was very professional as well as personable. I finished training ready for what was ahead and well informed on what duties I was to perform.

There are trainers and then there are change agents. Paul, you are absolutely a breath of fresh air ! Your method of leadership does not just train sales professionals, it changes humans!

I speak as an experienced saleswoman across various facets of the insurance industry. Your treatment of the human soul is simply brilliant as you advise people to " bring their lives to the call." Not many understand that concept. You challenge people to dig deep in an honest quest to understand their WHY.

Your incorporation of the Lombardi Rules coupled with your sense of humor breeds hope into the classroom. You make people dream again Paul and for that, I salute you. I even bought a book per your advice :) I eat books for breakfast and the Question Book has been amazing!

Not only do you pour your heart and soul into the room, you back it up with practical methods to equip professionals to SOAR.Your sales track record causes one's heart to skip a beat.You dont just win, you DOMINATE. Your example is one to reach for.

I can say so much more but I'll end with this. Paul , you are only beginning to taste the sweet nectar of a 360 abundance. I BELIEVE YOUR BEST IS YET TO COME. Your life will be a shining example of professional and personal LIGHT ! Your references to your son makes it clear that YOUR why goes well beyond financial reward.

As someone who has been a corporate trainer as well as been in many training classes, I can honestly say that Paul Flowers is the best trainer I've ever worked with. His training style is conversational and personal and it makes his trainees want to learn. Any company would be better off for having him as a trainer, sales manager, or salesperson. If I ever get the chance to work with Paul again, I won't hesitate.

Paul was my trainer when I joined ISI Paul was very unique, intelligent and engaging as a trainer. Paul referred book resources to sore your personal and work life experience. Each morning Paul would share motivating words with the class to prepare us for a successful road ahead.

Clear, concise and fun. Paul is a true professional, knowing how to balance content with people-skills and listening. Training requires both management skills and leadership skills, rare to find them together at such a high level...Paul has them both.

Personally I think that this training is fantastic. Of course I don’t have a lot of experience with trainings because my one and only other life insurance producer job, we didn’t really have training. We memorized a script and then was thrown to the wolves. I really appreciate your time and the fact that you took two whole weeks to focus on MY personal growth. I appreciate the fact that you proved your selflessness through that. The only thing I think could improve is if there is someone who’s not understanding how to get something going (such as the script), pulling them into a breakout room to do it and let everyone else go ahead and start roleplaying. I felt like I was crunched for time because there was a few people that needed help / the same instructions two to three times before they understood what to do. I do understand generational difference and some are faster with technology, I just wish my partner and I could’ve gone ahead and started practicing. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed my two weeks in training with you!

Paul made this a next level training experience. Not only did he captivate me with his wisdom but he made training entertaining! Very approachable and will always answer your questions. Paul made it easy to interact with him and he let you know that he was. Amazing training i give it 5 Stars.
