Highly recommended: durable and easy-to-use labels for kids’ clothing

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with SuperLabelStore. I ordered iron-on labels for my children to use in their clothing, such as football kits and daycare outfits, and they have exceeded my expectations.

The quality of the labels is excellent. They are very easy to apply with an iron, and even after multiple washes, they remain firmly in place without fading or peeling.

The ordering process was also smooth and user-friendly. Their design tool made it simple to create a beautiful and personalized label exactly the way I wanted.

Placed an order 14 March still waiting

Placed an order 14 March. It still has not been shipped or prepared. AI bot customer service. I just looked here for reviews and all the high scores are from reviewers with one review only and very similar to each other. Truspilot should scan for farmed / fabricated reviews.
Update: experience is getting worse, not better. Superlabelstore changed the size of my label without my approval, despite the fact it had been proofed by their design tool, to a size that is much bigger and unusable for my project. They tried to say that I had approved the change, which I had not, and I had to send them screen shots to prove this. I am still waiting even for a confirmation if my original, proofed design can be done at all - in the meantime I paid £80 on 14 March with an ETA of 1-2 April. Now, 11 April, still not even an ETA. I would recommend you get your labels elsewhere.

Lets walk through this step by step:
Order designed, proofed by Superlabel store’s design tool, placed and paid in full 14 March. I was sent an email by Superlabelstore on 16 March stating ‘we have had to increase your label size’ to about double the size in the original proof. I replied on the same day 16 March stating this is not suitable for my needs as it is for a small item.

On 17 March I received the following message: ‘We understand that you do not wish to have your label resized which is why a customer approval has been sent to you first.

I will forward your message to our team that the resize suggestion has not been approved and you want the label in the original size you ordered them.

We appreciate your patience and if we have any updates, I will let you know.

I then heard nothing further until I chased for my delivery on 7 April. At this point I received an email from ‘Noor’ stating she expects the labels to be ‘in the final stage’. I replied to this email 8 April with a thank you, and also double checking that my original dimensions are followed.

I then received an email back from Noor stating that ‘on 16 March a new size was proposed and you approved it on 18 March’. Now I absolutely did not approve this change as it would render the item unusable for my product and responded on 9 April saying so, with screen shots of the previous messages with Jerlyn. Noor then acknowledged on 9 April that ‘there has been a miscommunication’ and confirmed the order that I had placed, and proofed, with their design tool.

I then received an email from Jerlyn stating they will ‘work with the team to ensure you are getting what you want in the label and explore all possible options’. I suggested that if their systems are not able to produce what is being proofed in their design tool then the design tool needs to be adjusted so that only products that can be produced will be proofed.

On 10 April I asked Jerlyn for an update, had no direct response but on 12 April I received an automated update stating ‘we have finished the production of your Geweven label 26*29mm’, which is the size I ordered, so I presumed the issue had been rectified and I would be receiving the labels in a week or so.

On 13 April I received an email from Noor saying they will cancel the order and proceed with a ‘full refund’. This is 1 month after the original order placement date. They issued me a refund of £69.51 whereas I paid a total of £77.87. I sent Noor a reply that there is a shortfall in their refund -companies are legally required to refund in full for unfulfilled orders, and have now had to open a case for the shortfall with my cc company as Superlabel store have not issued the outstanding amount. I have all emails and screenshots.

Very poor experience with this company - I did a bit of digging on the internet and believe that they simply order their products from China. Unbelievable that they are not fulfilling their part of the contract and then they issue a refund with a shortfall.

In this case, your order was placed on hold due to technical limitations with the uploaded design, which meant it couldn’t be produced as submitted. Whenever this happens, we reach out first to clarify and find a suitable solution before moving forward.

As we didn’t receive a response for some time, the order remained on hold and unfortunately passed the initial estimated delivery date. After an extended period without feedback, we reviewed the order internally.

We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for. Due to the design limitations, the order has now been canceled and fully refunded.

Your order involved a custom textile product, which typically requires 8–12 working days for production. This timeframe is communicated during the design process, as textile production is more complex and therefore takes longer than standard items.

In some cases, orders may be placed on hold if there are questions about the uploaded design or if a photoproof is sent for approval. We always wait for customer confirmation before proceeding to production. If we don’t receive a response, the order remains on hold, which can affect the overall delivery timeline. After some time without feedback, we do follow up internally to help move the process forward.
