Supermac's Avis 

We ordered Tipperary Town Supermacs tonight and we're very dissapointed. One burger was plane after we asked everything on it and their chiken wraps wouldn't fill a 1 year old, one strip of lettuse, one chiken goujon and barely any sauce. For money payed it was dissapointing. Also they take ages to answer their phone or we just give up and order online for another 50c.

My teenage daughter and her friends go into Supermacs in Kilkenny on a regular basis. Always spending €60 or more in their group. They went in on Friday the 20th of October and got the group a table. Before they could go to order, a cleaner came over to their table and asked them to leave.
Not a good way to run your store if you want to keep customers. As a local in Kilkenny I have been going there since it first opened. But won't be inclined to go here again.

Staff are the saddest people I’ve ever met horrible attitude in the Kilkenny location at least big black woman wouldn’t give the code to my friends to come upstairs when me and my other friends were up there along with their bags this same woman gave me a horrible attitude at the till and while u was waiting for her to get ready to take my order all she was doing was tutting at her screen some guy then wouldn’t let me back upstairs because he cut me off YES he wouldn’t even let me speak I couldn’t Finish my sentence saying my friends were up there horrible staff food is mid

I ordered a regular burger meal, burger with no onion. I said this about no onion about 5 times cos I knew he wasn't listening Padraig in Merlin park galway
Sure enough when the rude driver who wouldn't come to the gate to meet me and made me go out on the street in thr rain, delivered a burger with onion. And the chips were cold. Not impressed.

I got taco fries delivered and they were coldish and swimming in sauce, not the same as previous times.

I absolutely love supermacs i would always go there for there chicken nuggets but since they have changed the pastry on them I have stopped going pls bring the old chicken nuggets back because all my friends and family are feeling the same but overall amazing BEST PLACE EVER

Just one time I would love to get what I ordered and have it be ready to collect at the time supermacs said it would be.

Had food in Ballina last week its the best SuperMac's in the country the staff are brillant the food excellent very busy and clean keep up the good work

Sent my daughter who was visiting from Cork with her 3 children to Supermac's Claremorris as a treat for my grandchildren. Ordered for for 3 adults and 3 children. The adult food was okay though not as nice as previous visits but the kiddies meals were absolutely dreadfully. Chicken thighs were completely overcooked and a dreadful black colour. Must have been reheated in the deep fat oil several times. An absolute insult to serve up such rubbish and the cost of it. Someone needs to be held accountable for this or Supermacs will go downhill fast. There is an excellent takeaway in Claremorris across the street from them Blue Thunder and thats where we will be spending our money in the future. Hope Pat Mc Donagh reads these reviews.

Just in Supermac’s in Mallow and had the worst grilled chicken meal of my life. It’s the only meal I ever get from them and I seriously doubt I will ever get one again. The chicken was the size of a turkey and compressed to the very last. It was like eating leather. We also got a snack box and the colour of the chicken left a lot to be desired. I have just lost my faith. If I’m to revisit will stick to Supermac’s in Tivoli.

I used to love Supermacs food but now days it has gone drastically down hill in quality and drastically up hill in price. Chips are generally stale & the chicken so dry & tasteless. (Across multiple locations)

Such a shame for a home grown Irish business that had such high standards only a couple of years ago but I certainly wont be spending anymore hard earned with Supermacs.

Absolute lover of supermacs but it has definitely gone down hill, food comes out cold not nice, small portions and never give extra sauce when asked. The customer is paying good money (even more lately) for bad quality and not been given what’s asked for. If the price is going to go up the quality also does and you need to provide what Is asked, please get it right.

I ordered on Uber eats waited 2 hours then they cancelled. All I ordered was a regular burger meal.

I’ve went to 4 Supermacs in Connacht Sligo,Roscommon,Galway And Mayo I got the same meal every time 5oz Bacon and Cheese burger meal with only bacon,cheese and Ketchup and coke cola And all meals were lovely Leitrim is Next…

Very poor service at Salthill outlet on 28/06.23. Rude nasty staff. Treated other customers badly as well.
No obvious management training from young lady who claimed to be a manager. Outlet was busy but with this treatment of customers might not last too long. Head office needs to be informed. Poor service

I went into Supermac on the Athenry Road, went to the counter and no one served me. One girl was on the phone taking an order so she was busy. Another lady was standing over to the left and another lady came our from the back, neither of them asked if needed anything, so I walked out. Absolutely appaling customer service.

I got a kid's combo.
The fries were okay, the nuggets were good.
But the regular burger was 2 dry buns and meat then some ketchup, nothing else.
I was honestly dissapointed.
But good.

We purchased two takeaway Bewleys coffees at Supermacs ,Retail Park Carlow (the girl who served the coffee appeared to be a student doing casual weekend work ).
We take coffee without milk and therefore hot ,so we couldn't drink them for 10 minutes or so ,at which stage we were on the motorway so couldn't turn back on discovering that both coffees were over-watered and so basically tasteless . As a result we didn't drink them .
I assumed that this may happen to lots of Supermac customers who don't bother to complain.So I sent off an email to their customer services with a photo attachment showing how diluted the coffee was.They replied stating that ,

'we notified the store and they said they would assess the machines and make are required changes to address them. We didn’t receive any other negative feedback regards the quality of the coffee but we will monitor it'

I read this as ,our coffee machines could have been faulty on the day, but we care so little about your experience that won't even offer you replacement coffees next time you call .
Very poor response, from an Irish company serving a brand of coffee (Bewleys) for which the quality and consistency should be quaranteed.
MINOR issue I know,but it's the apathy of the company that I wanted to highlight.

I think your greed has got the better of ye the price is crazy to feed 5 people with suppermacs all having meals and two extra sides €76 absolutely crazy i wounld mind if the food was nice its dryed out muck. ill never eat in suppermacs again.
