When I received the wrong order
When I received the wrong order, I called and was treated professionally. I was asked to photo what I received and email it. My original order was reordered and I was told that I would receive a label to mail back the incorrect order.
As it turned out, I received an email stating to keep the wrong order and I would be receiving my original order soon. Everything was handled well. I would definitely order from this company again. Customer service was outstanding!

SO EASY TO ORDER WAY TOO MUCH
So easy to order way too much, great designs, superior quick service and the product is outstanding. This site is creative and everyone I have gifted to, loves how original the items are. I can't think of a single reason to not buy from them!

Products damaged and brownish
Products arrived damaged and was not a green color (seemed more faded and brownish in some parts). Also the plastic bag lining the pots was ripped. Tempted to buy two more because they seemed so cool but don't wanna waste my money. Would recommend searching elsewhere.

I used to buy bales of moss in California They no longer sell bales here because of some regulatory issues, ridiculous. I’m Glad I found you on the Internet I like to make planted-baskets and your moss made a phenomenal one. I recommended a yes!! to anyone to purchase.👍
