Zero trust in this online store. I purchased several vitamin bottles, received a confirmation of the order that stated it would be shipped within 7 days. That was over 30 days ago. The phone number on the site goes to a VM that is full. Email responses have assured me on 3 occasions that the products were going to be delivered in a few days. The site is suspect and may just be farming for people's credit card information. DO NOT purchase from them.

UPDATE: 8 weeks later my package arrived. Customer service never provided tracking information on the shipment so I revised my star rating from 1 to 2.

Zero if that was a choice. Purchased 5 bottles of the same item. They were delivered while I was out of town. When I arrived home the box all bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap but one was cracked and had started to leak out slowly. I emailed SG and they said everything was delivered without damage. When I shared a picture of the wet box and then the wrapped bottle that was cracked and leaking they took no responsibility. We had a didalog regarding the situation but they would not even credit the $6.00. NO BIGGIE BUT - DO NOT- I SAY DO NOT EXPECT THIS COMPANY TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, SHIPPING OR SUPPORTING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I never received my order, the phone number only gives me dead air, they won't respond to my emails.

Never sent my order and gave me bogus responses when I asked. I feel silly having never checked the reviews before placing my order. Never again...beware!

This company is the worse. They lie and lie and never send your order. I placed my order a month ago. 10 days ago, they stated it was shipped. It wasnt. 3 days ago they sent me a fake tracking that shows item is not shipped. They lie to your face, they lie in emails they are pathological liars and a fraudulent vendor. Stay away!

They never sent the ordered products and then stole my virtual credit card number that Capital One created for use only on their site. Happily Capital One was on top of it and declined their $250 attempt to purchase, and they could directly tie the number back to Supplement Geeks.

Do not purchase anything from this company as I have been sent old vitamin gummies, they were so dry you can see cracks in the product. I wouldn’t feed this to a dog! They even tried to cover the age of these gummies by washing away the expiration dates on all bottles! Then they provided an excuse for not refunding my money!

Unfortunately I did not look at these reviews in advance, and I placed an order. I am now keeping a vigilant eye on my credit card, as they have my information and clearly are not a legit company. Why they haven't been shut down I do not know.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY WILL NOT SHIP ANYTHING AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO AND SELL IT TO THE DARK WEB. I placed an order on supplementsgeeks.com on 9/14/24 and they never shipped anything. Not only that, but 2 1/2 months later I started getting unauthorized charges on my credit card. I'm confident it was because of them. They will use low prices to lure you in. It's a fraud. Stay away.

This is a SCAM.....company address is a post office...

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you will only get false shipping info and will not get your product..

Save the agony and buy some where else.....AGAIN THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY

I ordered 4 - 4oz bottles of ALBA SPF 45 sunscreen. I was sent 4 - 3oz bottles of SPF 50. Paid for 16 oz and got 12. When I emailed customer service inquiring and asking for another bottle to get me close to what I ordered they hid behind the statement that "Actual product received may appear different than product pictured or described on this website due to manufacturer packaging and formula changes." I was told that the manufacturer of my item had changed it over a year ago. If this was so, why hasn't Supplement Geeks updated their website? All I wanted was for them to make it right, but no luck there. Will not buy from them again.

Placed an order, they never sent it. Says it's in processing. It has been over a month. Have tried multiple times calling and sending emails. I don't even care anymore about what I ordered, I would just like to be able to cancel and get my money back.

The goods purchased were not received. The tracking order says "it could not be delivered as addressed". The address shown on the invoice is correct. There has been no response from the company to 2 phone calls and 2 emails and no refund of money.

I WAS SCAMED BY THIS COMPANY , DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

This is clearly a scam website for anybody trying to buy supplements...please do not waste your time.
Investigation needs to be started on these clowns!
They will not respond either by phone or email. How they've gotten away with this for so long is simply
disturbing!

1-28-24, I made my purchase and on 2-7-24 the order is still in processing and has not shipped. I tried to call several times and emailed but to no avail. Last email I sent, I told them I wanted to cancel and if they charged my CC, I would dispute it - I will go elsewhere as this place may just be a scam site.

If there was a minus rating; I'd give it a minus 10! I ordered vitamins on 9-2-23 and it's now 10-5-23 and still haven't received them and am asking for a refund. I tried to contact them by phone and you can't talk to anyone just fill out the "contact us" form on the site. I had ordered from them previously but don't think that I had this problem. I'm done with this place! I can't figure why you have to babysit a business to send you what you ordered.
