Never received package and no real assistance in locating-took my $400 US and thought nothing of it. This is why us Canadians shouldn't do business with US customers and pay pal no help either

Happily with Supply.com
I`ve been working with this company, I am in Mexico and all my purchase orders always arrive in excellent conditions. My executive sales is Robyn Whitcomb and she`s an excellent vendor, she has an excellent knowlegde of all brands in the company. I absolutetle recomended.
Shower valve and trim kit
Ordered shower valve and trim kit as per recommendations from Supply.com on their website. When the parts came they did not work together. I called and spoke to Chris about returning them and asked that they pay the return shipping because the info on their website was wrong and they refused. Because I could not remember the exact words I used in my search they are not at fault. Stay away from this company.
Missing item in shipment, but excellent customer support
I ordered a part, which was shipped out very quickly and received. However, the box was empty (appears as though it was just a packing error). Not a good start, but 5 stars for their customer support team who were easy to reach and gave me a refund with no questions asked.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
No doubt about it. Crooks, liars, and thieves. Buyer Beware.
Our experience with supply.com was absolutely horrible. After ordering a Jacuzzi bathroom tub online at over $2500, we were greeted by account rep Yasmin Frye. With the tub order appearing to be successful, we ordered an additional $2300 in fixtures for the remainder of the bathroom remodel for our client. Yasmin soon became unavailable and we had to constantly email to try and get a response to find out where the order was. The reply from Yasmin was always automated with a response that included an estimate for a different project.
High end Moen fixtures, kitchen sink basin, faucets, etc. needed for a remodel were now holding up a major project.
The carrier that supply.com used - ESTES trucking - dropped a small pallet of a few items on the driveway of the jobsite when noone was around, then proceeded to forge my signature on the delivery slip. Unaware, of the forgery, I continued to reach out over the next several weeks for updates on the remaining items that never arrived. Yasmin was unresponsive, and noone else at supply.com would help us. After a few months of random items now arriving on our office doorstep, in the mail, or PO Box - we still never received our full order. When confronted, supply.com provided a delivery note with a forged signature stating that all items arrived on the first pallet from ESTES. Obviously we have the received items, still, in our warehouse with USPS stickers proving that is untrue. After threatening legal action unless supply.com provided an RMA so we could ship back the items that we did receive and in return receive a full refund. Obviously something went wrong with the carrier and no doubt there is something afoul that should be investigated by upper management, and possibly even by authorities.
This all started in the first week of September 2019, and here we are 6 months later with no resolve.
As a premier contractor in our area, we would NEVER, EVER, recommend supply.com to anyone. The level of service and commitment is so sub-par it is absolutely ridiculous that a professional company would operate this way.
We have come across scams and fly-by-nights before, lost money, and apparently it is just a part of doing business these days. Very sad, and shame on you supply.com. We have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and are pursuing legal action.
As CEO of FSI, it is my commitment that we will do our best to make sure everyone we service knows that this outfit is a crime. You would be way better off on Amazon.com or HomeDepot.com if you are looking for price - but of course always keep it local when you want great service and quality!
Stay Away
Stay Away.
Just buy your stuff from Home Depot, Lowe's or a local supply retailer where you can walk in the store a week later, and they will happily accept a return for cash OR exchange it out for the same product if the original was defective.
Ordered over $2000,00 of home improvement items including a toilet bowl, a toilet TANK and the accompanying toilet seat. The toilet bowl and seat made it okay, but the TANK was back ordered for almost 3 weeks, finally shipped from Washington State to the east coast, and arrived after additional week elapsed shipping time. When the contractors - who were busy with the entire house - were finally ready for the toilet after finishing the bathroom floor (and everything else), the tank was opened and it was found to be broken in half. Should they have opened it sooner? Let's just say, these guys were busting their hump everyday, so I will never challenge their work ethic or the order in which they work.
supply.com will not take returns after 24 hours...brick and mortar stores WILL - do all your shopping at the brick and mortar stores if you value your time and money.
$1,000 to buy 3 unusable Kohler toilets…
I spent over $600 to buy 3 Kohler toilets. I am replacing all of the toilets in my home specifically to use the chair height models. I qualified for free shipping. What arrived was 3 14" toilets...much like you would buy for a nursery school. Yes, they will return them. Cost for return shipment, $400. Cost for unusable toilets, $1,000. I won't shop here again. They put full responsibility of sending the wrong item.to the customer. Really, sirs?
Do not buy from this vender!!!
Do not buy from this vender!!!
My order of a toilet bowl arrived broke( still in box) and the replacement took two weeks to confirm. It arrived broke again. The third shipment went missing via UPS truck. The fourth one again, broke on arrival!!
I requested it to be shipped by freight since the first replacement, they told me cost concern make them go with UPS, and I have to deal with the broken product. It took over two months, four shipment, no usable product received. So I demanded refund. They ask me to ship everything back first, after receiving it, they will then process the refund.
So, I learned, I am at risk if buying anything from supply.com.
If you have a committed schedule on a project, you better find more reliable sources for any products!
To make this experience even more absurd, supply.com seem to block any one star review on its website. So they are only diligently guarding their own interests. A reputation retained through silencing the critics is no good news to potential buyers!
Beware of terrible customer service
Beware of terrible customer service. I ordered a two piece toilet from supply.com. Their website says that only 1% of such orders arrive broken and mine did. But just the tank. I called right away and have been going down farther and farther into the rabbit hole ever since. Long story short - the customer service rep screwed up big time and sent the replacement tank to the billing address, 1300 miles away from the shipping address. Getting that straightened out has been a mess, time-consuming and very unpleasant. Save yourself the aggravation and skip doing business with supply.com. Their customer service is spotty at best and if you end up with a problem order and an incompetent CSR you are screwed.
Horrible customer service that delayed…
Horrible customer service that delayed my project. They don’t consider that people’s time has value, as their’s certainly has very little indeed. STAY FAR AWAY.

Never refunded me for damaged water heaters delivered 3 times
I order a water heater in mid-June. A week later, I received it only to find it was damaged in three different places. I called them and sent them pictures. They said they would send a second one out which I receive about 3 weeks after initially placing the order. They said they would open this up before shipping it out to make sure it was not damaged and so the packaging would be open. Ok I said. However, it arrived sealed so I opened it up in front of the delivery driver to find that this was more damaged than the first one. The company had obviously not opened it and checked it as they said they would because it was fully sealed. So I rejected the delivery.
I still have the 1st WH at this time. They eventually had FedEx come to pick this up around Mid-July. It was taken away by FedEx strapped to its pallet. In the meanwhile in the third week in July I receive a 3rd WH which of course I open in front of the driver - to find? Yes you guessed it - this one was also damaged yet again. Again, I rejected the delivery.
At this point, I'm done ordering through this company and so I request that they fully refund me which they said they would do. After a week, still nothing. MEANWHILE the 1st WH (the one that was taken away by FedEx) is returned to me after 9 days without any pallet and strapping - all battered, bent, dented, and scratched. WTH?
I sent them about 6 or 7 pictures and they said they would have FedEx pick it which they tried to do only to reject a pick-up because it is not 'packaged'. Back and forth with the company via 20 emails and, long story short, they say it's not our fault or problem (really?). I even have an email where he says just throw it away. That's fine - I'll do that but I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Despite numerous emails back and forth and calls (when the manager is never available), I have not received a refund and I have a smashed WH lying in my garage.
This is a straight up crap fraudulent company. They said they would credit my card but they have NEVER done so. Nor have they arranged to pick-up the WH. I have every email to/from them and I have recorded pictures of every Water Heater they delivered.
Oh and BTW, they will never allow you to leave a negative review on their own website so don't bother. They rejected my neg review twice. So I'm filing my complaints elsewhere such as the BBB in Atlanta, TrustPilot, Consumer Affairs, etc.
Now I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and requested a chargeback. Please please please STAY AWAY from this company.
We recently received a damaged product…
We recently received a damaged product from supply.com. The shipping box was in near perfect condition but, the product box was badly damaged. Which means they packaged a broken/damaged product.
When this was brought to the attention of supply.com, they did not to offer to replace or refund this nearly 500 dollar purchase. They have a very sneaky return policy. It's now painful obvious to me they are looking for money. They're not interested or care about the products they sell or in their customers. Don't try to save yourself a few bucks. Shop elsewhere.
Accepted order for a part it doesn't have: Waited more than a month to notify customer
Supply.com accepted an order for a part it does not have and waited more than a month to notify the customer of this fact, the date of promised delivery.
I ordered a Grohe Flow Control through Amazon on May 22, 2018 with delivery by June 20, 2018.
On June 19th at 5:30 pm, I received an e-mail from Supply.com stating:
“We're writing to inform you that your order from SUPPLYdotcom has been canceled because the item you purchased is out of stock”.
Please note, that because of the lateness of the email, it is considered the next business day, June 20th.
