Throughout this year, my main focus was studying for my masters, but I wanted to supply whenever I was free and had the time to do so. Supplywell were so supportive of me and my wishes and did their very best to cater for what I was looking for at that time. Supplywell were the first agency I contacted almost a year ago to the day, when going through a transitional period in my teaching career. I had been a senior leader for 10 years but became so disillusioned as to what the role had become, I wanted to leave teaching altogether. I believed that there was no way back for me and that senior leaders didn’t simply returning to teaching. Supplywell contacted me and following a long and very personable conversation, convinced me that it was becoming increasingly more common that senior leaders were actually doing just that. I went to meet with them and their attitude was unbelievably refreshing and I no longer felt alone in what I was trying to achieve.
