The room was as in the pictures. The bathroom a little bit old and should be maybe renovated, but everything was working well. Only once I had an issue with the boiler and Supreme fixed it in less than 24h. They always reply to every call, email and text, especially Johanna, always available and ready to help. After a few months from moving out I was not receiving the deposit back yet, so I sent them an email and they paid it back in a couple of days.

Ich wohne in einer von Supreme Living betreuten Wohnung. Man wird ignoriert, Reparaturen werden nicht durchgeführt, es wurde monatelang nicht geputzt. Entweder maximale Unfähigkeit oder Kalkül um zum Auszug zu bewegen und teurere Mieten abschließen zu können?

My room was exactly as expected and was properly cleaned before my move in. The apartment was very convenient with both a washing machine(and dryer), dish washer and cleaning equipment. Furthermore the house is in central location with proper heating and cooling equipment and offers monthly cleaning service.

Ich bin vor 4 Monaten ausgezogen. Die Kaution sollte laut Aussagen der Vermieterin innerhalb weniger Wochen zurücküberwiesen werden. Ich warte immer noch auf meine Kaution. In den Emails werde ich hingehalten und mittlerweile wird nicht mehr geantwortet. Absoluter Betrug. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung war so wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und der Vertragsabschluss unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war außerdem mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Had a great experience! The rent process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. They were completely honest and direct throughout, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and the flat was exactly as promised—no surprises. Highly recommended!
