Ordered some protein powder over a week ago. The site advertised 5-8 business days shipping. It has not even shipped. Emailed and tried contacting via the official site form days apart, no reply. No phone number, no nothing. At this point I'm considering it a scam. Even just an auto reply, something. Anything. But no. I don't expect to get my money back.

Very very slow delivery, and terrible customer service!

My first 2 orders arrived but took several weeks, I’ve given them a chance and ordered agin but 4 weeks on and nothing!

They simply ignore all emails but happy to take payment!

Please isn’t be fooled by their website, it’s a shambles of an outfit!

This company deserves NO stars. They used to be brilliant but I have no idea what’s happened. I placed an order over a month ago and still NOTHING and NO contact from anyone, if there even is anyone working there. Worst company ever! They shouldn’t be advertising what they do. Disgusting company. I’m now having to go through my bank for my money back and after years of using them I’m DONE. Never again.

Ordered and never received - all emails and social media messages ignored I would not buy from this company again

Over 2 weeks now, still haven’t received my order. No update from the company nor any reply to my emails. Bought from them before and was all fine. Don’t know what’s happening over there…

Throwing money down the toilet would be a better less stressful use of money than trying to get anything you ordered from these people delivered to you.

Didn't want to even give 1 star but only option to review them. Mirrors the comments below, shocking service. One month after ordering and repeated chaser emails, still no product or response. I've used them for my pre workout for years and what was once a reputable company has now turned into a shambles of one.

Ordered and over a 4 weeks passed i eventually got a confirmation ... I instantly cancelled as after 10 days I belived it handt been confirmed and did a local Holland Barrett Shop.

The products arrived, i haven't opened the box as i no longer want them.

Many emails not answered, The phone number doesn't exist.

I will take this up with my credit card company...

Not sure if they are a scam or a shambles....

The pre workout is very sickly and made me feel ill, I had subscribed to it and couldn’t find how to cancel so emailed the company to ask them to do it for me. They emailed me back the day before the next order shipped (so I didn’t see it in time) and have since ignored all 6 of my emails over the past month asking for a refund. For a company who has one of their main things as being trustworthy, they don’t really stick to it. I’ve still got the preworkout sealed in case they do reply but their “24/7 customer support” is definitely far from that!

Ordered product 26/11/21 and despite sending numerous emails which remain unanswered product has still not been delivered. Absolutely shocking customer service avoid at all cost,

Do not buy from them. Shocking customer service. Ordered a month ago for whey protein concentrate. My order never arrived. Sent multiple emails to ask for tracking number or cancellation but no one replied. Wasting time and money. Super disappointing.

Well were do I start absolutely diabolical, I place a order over 14 days ago, I’ve still not received my order, taken my money. I’ve sent a number of emails to get this resolved, I’ve also messaged them on messenger no reply..

Absolutely dreadful service considering they have good people as there ambassador. Don’t reply to emails and delivery service is shocking I ordered protein bars from grenade 5 days ago got a message today saying they will be delivered tomorrow I ordered from supreme over 2 weeks ago and I have had so many excuses and no reply to emails . Shocking company ,

So disappointed. I placed a big order, never to receive any of my items! My money was taken and never delivered. I wrote several emails to them and never heard anything back from them! The sad thing was that I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted the products I had paid for. Extremely disappointed with the way I’ve heard nothing from the company!

The worst experience buying online that I have ever had. I made an order weeks ago, the money was took out of my account BEFORE the item was dispatched and it STILL hasn't been. My money should have never been taken before the order was dispatched & why is taking over two weeks to send it? I've sent many emails complaining and still had no response to the refund I've requested. DO NOT USE this company, never had to wait longer than two days for a Bulk or MyProtein order.

Best products I ever tried

Awful experience. Because of wrong package etc. I have been promised bug box full of stuff for free. I have received only ordered by me and since this moment nobody talked to me, without any reply. I am not recommend to anybody this company anymore.
