Origin Suregreen Limited Avis 

Placed an order on the 26th of July. Received an email on the 8th of August saying they don't have the decking in stock but could deliver the remainder of the order and they will refund the difference. Enquired about the refund on the 9th of August. Got a reply saying 3 working days the way I paid. Still no refund and today is the 17th of August. I need the money back so I can order elsewhere.

This company needs to sharpen up their act. It’s all very well advertising competitively priced products but if they can’t deliver its a waste of everyone’s time and makes it impossible to schedule projects.
A week ago, having already chased up my fencing panels delivery which were overdue, I was informed on the phone they would be delivered today but received no written confirmation. I have called the company this morning to check that they are out for delivery and been informed they are not. able to deliver. Dissatisfied hardly sums uo my feelings, I have now cancelled the Order. Buyer beware !

This is the second time I have used this company and I can definitely recommend
I needed wire to go across our pond to stop the dog getting in, the wire panels arrived quickly and did the job, I have now bought with smaller holes for when the leaves start falling

I had a phone call the morning of the delivery to say the van had broken down. Luckily the van was fixed the same day and the sleepers were delivered on the expected delivery date. Great communication and excellent sleepers.

Good comms and delivery.
Product was a bit shabby. Chunks of wood split from the sleepers and a couple of sleepers warped so couldn’t use them. Some have large cracks in them. All in all, ok.

This is the first time I’ve used this company great delivery and customer service and most of all great prices will definitely be using again and would definitely recommend

It was easy to look through on line to decide what was wanted. It was slightly difficult to check how thick the item was and therefore how firm it would be. (Netting to cover a fruit tree)
It arrived quickly and in good order.

Good choice of sizes for a galbion, which I wanted not for large stones but for rotting wood to encourage insect life.
