Excellent car rental experience from start to finish! The booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward, with great communication throughout. One of the things we appreciated most was that they met us directly at the airport with the car, making arrival completely stress-free and saving us valuable holiday time.

The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the features we needed for a comfortable trip. We were especially pleased that it was a hybrid, which made it very economical on fuel while we travelled around the island.

We used the car to explore all of Cyprus, from the coast to the mountains, and it performed perfectly throughout our stay. Friendly, reliable service and a fantastic vehicle made our holiday even better. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for hassle-free car rental in Cyprus and will definitely use them again on our next visit.

Communication with Sergio through WhatsApp was perfect. Delivery and collection were right at the airport door. The car was clean and in great condition.

Everything was flawless: communication was super easy, and the team quickly adapted when we needed to change our drop-off time due to a delayed flight. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and someone came to our hotel in record time to replace the car, even upgrading us to a higher category vehicle, which was such a pleasant surprise! It’s rare to meet people so genuinely dedicated to what they do. By far, the best experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company.

Once again, Sure Drive stands out with total support and understanding. My son booked his 2-weeks trip and paid for car hire from Sure Drive. Unfortunately he lost his passport which requires replacement that takes 6-8 weeks, hence unfortunately they had to cancel their trip. Sure Drive represented by amazing Sergio stood up to this matter and without hesitation agreed to full refund.

This is is the second time I've had to deal with this company. first time experience was amazing but you think to yourself I was lucky caught them at a quiet time Last Friday at about 1 p.m. I had gearbox problems with my car. Got in touch with my franchise company then with the RAC at 1.45 Roy calls me as I'm on the phone to Roy the RAC turn up. I say to Roy got to go he said leave it with me I will sort it. Standing there watching my car being taken away on a flatbed thinking to myself there goes my weekends earnings. At 3:30 Byron calls me telling me he's on his way at 4 p.m. Byron calls me and tells me he's outside. I go outside Byron's got a big smile on his face and a set of keys for me so within 2-hours and 15 minutes drive car hire had me a car sitting outside my house ready to go out and earn money. Thank you to Roy Byron and all the crew love dealing with you guys. So people if you don't know get to know the only hire company to deal with his is drive car hire
